I couldn't have had a better experience than I did with Eco Carpet Cleaning LLC. I'm expecting in November so we are working to get our home baby ready! Randy came in and explained that the products they use are completely safe. He assured me there would be nothing in the air or left behind that would harmful. He was able to put my "first time mom" worrying to ease. I really felt that I was able to get my money's worth. We will, without a doubt, be using this company again! This company is amazing! I recently moved into my new home and the carpets were disgusting due to a cat. Eco Carpet Cleaning arrived on time, spot cleaned the carpets, and made my carpets look like new. The home smells fresh now whereas before it smelled terrible. The guy even did my hallway for free. He was very personable and friendly. My place looks great! I will definitely be using them in the future!

I was a little hesitant to use this company because I had never heard of this kind of carpet cleaning before - no water was used at all, would it really clean my carpets and would they really stay clean, or was it too good to be true? As it turned out, everything was as advertised. The workers were professional, on time and very nice and they did a great job. The carpets stay clean for just as long as a traditional service and it was a good deal. I would definitely use this company again.

The person answering the phone, Randy was very nice and honest. I talked with him about cleaning carpet plus a wool area rug. He explained that they are not always able to clean wool rugs, but they would look at it. He also gave me the name of a company who does if they cannot. The tech who came to our home was very friendly and did a great job. He also gave us tips on maintaing the carpet and why a few spots would not come out completely. Our carpet looks wonderful. They were also able to clean the white wool rug! It looks brand new again. Thanks Eco Carpet Cleaning!

They did a great job. They're good at what they do.

Gentleman was really nice and friendly. We talked about the difference in the chemicals/cleaning he offers vs other companies. He was very flexible in scheduling and came all the way to my condo on the south side on a Saturday morning. Very nice guy. I would definitely use again.

They should disclose that they do not clean carpetted bathrooms.

It went well. I paid an additional cost. They did a good job and I was happy with the service.

The technician was punctual and very professional. We purchased one the big deals for their service. There were not any surprise costs, and he actually cleaned more than I thought he would. He even cleaned an extra hallway and set of stairs as a home warming present.

The technician was very nice. Scheduling an appointment was fine. The carpets did not get that clean. I called to let them know and they said they couldn't do anything about it.

The carpets were quite dirty- some stains, normal pathway wear and tear and a ton of dog hair that seemed impossible for me to remove, even with repeated vacuuming. He did a great job of getting the carpet cleaned and the dog hair removed.

The carpet tech was on time and very courteous. He came in and I showed him the rooms that needed to be done and then the tech got to work right away. I have used Eco Carpet Cleaning before so I'm a repeat customer. Each time I've used them I have been delighted with the results. My carpets always look and smell clean after each treatment. I am very pleased with the results and will continue to use them for all future cleanings. Highly recommend!!!

It was good. My mother was moving in to assisted living and we were redoing her home to sell it.

I called with little availability and he agreed to come to my place in the small window he had. My husband and I have a cat so our carpets can smell kind of weird. The solutions he used on the carpets made the entire home smell fresh and clean. I didn't notice how dirty the carpets were until Eco Carpet cleaned them. Very satisfied with the work for such a low cost.

The gentleman showed up at the agreed upon time and to be fair, i did not give a lot of notice, i called an asked for service within 3 days and they got me scheduled. The service i requested was carpet cleaning. He came in, sprayed a liquid on the the carpet and then brought in what i would describe as a carpet buffer and ran it over all the carpeting. The liquid had a funny smell to it and was told it would go away after it dried, which it did. I came back 2 days later and vacuumed the carpet. I noticed ABSOLUTELY no difference in my carpet whatsoever. The carpet was not terribly dirty to begin with. I will not use this company again, not because they necessarily did anything wrong or bad, i just didn't see any results.
