The carpets seemed to be very clean after I vacuumed up the invisible residue.

He was here promptly. Was very professional and seemed to know his work well. I was not pleased with the quality of the cleaning. I did not see any difference in the carpeting. It still looked dirty. There was no water used only a spray and a good vacuuming. I am not sure how it could clean down into the fibers of the carpet. I was expecting to see clean carpets and that is not what I had. Disappointed.

We have used him before and he did such a great job, we have hired him again. We have a dog with stains in the carpet and he does a great job of getting that all cleaned up. We will continue to use him!

Easy to communicate. On time for appointment. Charged as estimated. He explained the how was the work done and where the carpet could not be cleaned. The down side was I had to vacuum myself after the carpet is dry (or paying additional $50 to have them do it), which I wasn't aware of...

- Scheduling was easy even though it was the busiest time of year for him. I got the day and time I wanted because I scheduled 2 weeks ahead. - He arrived on time. - He was a professional from his dress to his demeanor. - The carpets look great. He was able to lift a few minor stains that I thought wouldn't come out.

The provider was very prompt, courteous, and professional. He cleaned the carpet in three rooms and a hallway. The carpeting is old so I was very happy with the job he did and the carpets look so much better. The only negative was the cleaning agents he used were very powerful. I started coughing immediately after he applied it to the carpets and the smell was very strong for a few days. Even though I found the cleaning agents strong, I would recommend this company.

I bought the big deal last week. Randy was very responsive and came to my home at my preferred time. He arrived a few minutes early, discussed how his cleaning process works and the advantages of Eco Carpet Cleaning. He prepped the carpets and cleaned them very efficiently and effectively. I was very happy with the results.

The company was fast to respond, prompt, courteous and efficient. I bought a coupon for 4 rooms for $89. They called me the next day and I was scheduled and the work completed by the end of the week. They were courteous and professional and called before they came, showed up when they said they would and were in and out quickly, which I very much appreciated!

They came out within 2 or 3 days. It was pretty quick. The only thing was after they were done, there were spots on the carpet. I went and rented a carpet cleaner myself. I went back over it. There was a lot of spots that came off the carpet. It wasn't great as I thought it was. They were very prompt and they were clean. They came and did what they should do. The process wasn't that great. They were right on time.

They arrived early and got right to work. Randy and his son were professional and friendly and Randy explained what they would be doing. He showed us areas that would need specific focus and also explained why. When they left everything was clean and it all dried within the hour. Randy explained how the cleaner worked and that it would continue to clean and bring dirt to the surface as it dried and we would need to vacuum well after 2-3 hours, which we did. Everything felt so fresh and clean. I would not hesitate to call them again. Great job!

Eco did an incredible job on our carpets. Randy called and verified appointment prior to coming to our house. He was extremely honest about pet stains we had in one room and advised us immediately that he didn't think he could remove the stains (and even offered a referral to a company he thought may be able to help). The carpet came out looking wonderful and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend Eco Carpet Cleaning!

They did a fantastic job. It was so easy to buy the storefront offer from the iPhone Angie's List app. Our carpet has needed some help for a while, so we were not expecting it to look like new, but, with a newborn crawling around, it was important to us to make sure she has a clean surface to explore. They cleaned a little more than we bought, so we were very appreciative of their work. When we get our carpets cleaned again, we will not hesitate to hire them again.

Randy is very professional, knowledgeable, efficient & personable. He walks you through his process, explains what solution he uses, and will be upfront if there are any stains on areas of the carpet that he knows he won't be able to remove. We highly recommend his services!

Overall the quality was very good and the service provider showed up on time and gave me a courtesy call prior to arriving. The quality of the carpet cleaning was good and many of the stains were remove that work and my carpet.

the owner and his son arrived and were only there about an hour. They did an excellent job cleaning, and cleaned a couple of closets for free. The deodorizer has a strong smell but it was gone in about an hour, with the windows open. It took several hours for everything to completely dry, but it wasn't excessive. After an hour, I closed the windows because it was a warm summer day, so I am sure that slowed the drying process somewhat.

Randy arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and what I needed to do afterwards, how long to wait for the carpets to dry, etc. There was no quibbling over room size or anything like that, the deal was the deal, five rooms and the stairs. He went to work and was done in about 90 minutes. I'm impressed with the stains he was able to remove. We have five kids and are very h****** our carpet, but he was able to remove stains we thought were permanent. We will definitely use them again.
