Great. Owner Randy was responsive and answered questions about the coupon offer. Pricing for rest of the home was fair. Was able to come earlier and thoroughly went over any and all problem areas.

Very well, he cleans carpet better than any other company I've hired. He is pleasant and helpful. He put closet door back on track and moved some furniture around. I highly recommend him.

We were very impressed with this company! I called to ask for pricing and scheduled a cleaning that I wanted completed before we moved in to our new home. The house was completely empty, so we did not feel a need to be present when the cleaners arrived. They were very accommodating, got us on their schedule very quickly, and asked that I just leave a check for them on the counter. We agreed on the Saturday right before our Monday move. They scheduled it for 10 am since it was a weekend and wanted to allow their crew a little more time to get up and moving. However, I received a phone call at 10 to inform me that my cleaning was complete! We arrived at the house on Monday, and the carpets looked great! They had informed me of a couple of spots that they could not get stains completely removed, but honestly, we could not even tell. We will definitely be hiring them again to provide services and probably on a more regular basis! I highly recommend them!

Because it was "eco" friendly, I thought that the carpet wouldn't be as clean as companies that use strong chemicals. To my surprise, this was the best my carpet has ever been cleaned. Would hire him again absolutely!

I purchased a $159 deal for 5 rooms and stairs. The first appointment I missed, my fault. I rescheduled for a different appointment. I had to call and cancel the appointment a couple days prior to the cleaning. I waited almost 6 months to reschedule. When I called to reschedule, the company advised they would not clean my carpets. The reason given was I missed my first appointment and then cancelled. He advised I contact Angies List to request a refund. I understand I am not the perfect customer here. However, I find it very hard to believe this was the first time they experienced a no show and cancelled another appointment. I am very dissatisfied with the reasoning and attitude of this company. My gut feeling was they didn't want to provide the service for the Angies List price. I have used Clean Pro LLC in the past. They did a great job.

Absolutely wonderful!!! Randy was on time, professional, great customer service, explained what he was going to be doing, set my expectations and exceeded my expectations.

They may do excellent cleaning, but I never had the chance to find out because their customer service was so poor.

We have used Eco Carpet several times now, and they always do such a fantastic job. Randy is as friendly as can be, and our carpets always look great after he leaves. We have a dog and very light carpets, so it shows every hair, every foot path and every stain, and when Randy comes, they look almost new for at least a few weeks.

This was the second time I hired Eco Carpet to do my carpet cleanings and overall I am very happy with it. Randy is very nice and very professional and does a good job explaining what he's doing. My carpets looked fantastic after he cleaned them and I vacuumed but after a little while some of the wear patterns have re-emerged. I don't blame the cleaning for this as I don't think there is any cleaning that could permanently get rid of the wear patterns. It was inexpensive carpet to begin with. The only issue I had was that there was a spot in one room that all of the chemical did not get removed and my husband got a small chemical burn. I am thankful that it wasn't one of my kids. I'm not perfect and I am certain it was an honest error Randy didn't know happened, so all that being said I would certainly hire him again.

Provider arrived on time, worked constantly and entire project was completed within slightly over 2 hrs. Our carpets are by no means new. In fact they are quite old. Getting ready to put the house on the market. This service made the carpets look much, much better and without stains. Would recommend this service.

I was not aware that I had to go back on Angie's web site to see when my carpets could be cleaned. After I waited over a week I called and found out that Eco Carpet Cleaning had responded the next day on the Angie's web site when they could clean my carpets. Before I found this out I gave them a bad review because I thought they were not calling or emailing me. It would be easier if I could call them and make the appointment directly with them.

It was easy to schedule service via Angie's messaging. They were punctual and did a great job. Explained in advance which stains will not go away (air filter stains that we have had for more than 8 years - since before we bought the house). The special was for 5 rooms and stairs, but since our loft was a small one, he included it in the price. He was very polite and struck us as honest.

One of the bedrooms had pet odors that the provider warned me might not be removed. He applied extra cleaning agents and let it sit for a while. He advised me to remove the old carpet and apply Kilz to the subfloor. I appreciated his honesty and attempt to clean the carpet.

Great prompt service and the carpets looked great afterwards. Would use again and recommend.

I was so happy with this company! The rugs look beautiful, and he got out a spot that has been bothering me for the longest time, I couldn't get it out on my own. He was on time and courteous and efficient, I will surely use this company again.
