Tech showed up on time and ready to go. Process was fast, simple, and painless. They used cleaning agents that were not harsh but very effective, carpet looks better than it did on day 1 of my lease.

Randy was awesome and I would use him again. He arrived on time and got right to work. We also hired him for our other home and he cleaned it for the new owners.

Cleaned the entire condo an did a beautiful job. In and out in no time. Loved his work.

I bought a super save deal of Angie's List for Eco Carpet Cleaning, which was 5 rooms plus a stairway for only $160. I had them add on a hallway for an additional $10.00. The entire cost of the deal was much cheaper than some other big company carpet cleaners in the area, so I thought I would give them a try. They sent me an email and follow-up phone call to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. The crew (one man show!) showed up on time for the appointment, and was finished cleaning my carpets in just a few hours. He even took extra care to work on a few stains in my carpet without extra charge. A few things I didn't realize when I booked this deal is that Eco Carpet Cleaning doesn't move furniture, and you have to sweep your carpet after it dries. It wasn't a big problem because the service was a great deal; I just hadn't planned on that. However, I would use their services again as their contacts are very friendly and their service is excellent. My carpets looked like new after being cleaned!

It was very good. My carpet is very old and I have 3 dogs. He came in and he looked and I saw the look on his face and he thought it wouldn’t go anywhere but he didn’t say anything. I said I just want it to look clean and he said he can do that. He was very nice and didn’t want to lie to me and that’s a positive thing in my book. He was very polite, professional and worked quickly. I have no complains. I would hire him again. He came within the timeframe that I asked for. There was no problem with that. He was timely for my schedule.

Went very well....Randy was on time and finished the job within the time frame he estimated. In spite of the damp, humid day (of course...the only rainy day we'd had in weeks!) the carpets dried easily. And most important, our carpets look great!

I bought the deal from Angies List. Randy Carter did a great job. I had a few very dirty, stained carpets and he got about all of the stains out that I thought wouldn't come out. I will definitely use him the next time I need carpets cleaned. He is great to work with and has reasonable prices. Called me right away to schedule after I bought the deal and showed up on time.

On time, personable, and told me what stains could and could not be removed, gave me tips on how to fabric guard on my own to save the expence. Did the work in a timely manner. Will have him back when I need carpets or furniture cleaned again.

We moved into our house this summer, and the previous owners said they cleaned the carpets, but they are very light in color, and they definitely appeared to have taken a hit and had some strange dark-color stains we ourselves were unable to remove. Based on an Angies List search, we decided to hire Eco Carpet Cleaning. The owner was scheduled to arrive at 11:00 but actually showed up early, around 10:25. That was fine--in fact, welcome. He preliminarily sprayed a number of areas I had pointed out to him, and then he went back and cleaned them. I was astonished at how gorgeous these carpets were when he was done! Every single stain came out. The carpets looked brand new. I asked him to clean the steps and the upstairs landing and hallway. He quoted me a very fair price for that extra work but was honest and said that he thought they steps already looked great and that he couldn't make them look any better. So I decided not to do them, but unbeknownst to me, he went ahead and sprayed them with the prespot stuff at no extra charge and then later told me to just go ahead and vacuum them to pick up any dirt that might rise to the surface thanks to the prespot. What a good guy! We are thrilled with this work. We will definitely be hiring this company again!

I bought a Big Deal for carpet cleaning. I've never been happier with a carpet cleaner. He was friendly, easy to work with and did a great job. Minor pet stains were removed at no extra charge. This wasn't a big steam cleaning /extraction operation and my carpet dried quickly. I like that it wasn't soaked, but you should know that up front. I appreciated the low chemical load to protect my dog and family. No lingering artificial air freshener smell! He even cleaned the traffic areas on a hard to move wool rug (Pottery Barn variety, not a valuable antique rug) without letting one drop of water get on my 100+ year old hardwood floors. Would hire again without hesitation.

We had a little mix-up with scheduling. Randy accidentally deleted my information. When I called to confirm my appointment- he was very apologetic and remembered my call, and hoped I would call him. HE was at my house in 45 minutes, and cleaned a carpet for free because of the mix-up. He cleaned up after himself and explained to me how to care for my carpets. He was pleasant and I would call him again .

Eco Carpet Cleaning builds into their entire service integrity, kindness, professionalism and consideration beginning to end! We were so pleased that he went above and beyond what we expected from a service provider. He called within 3 hours of me buying the deal. He called a half hour before, informing us of his arrival. He let us know the details of the deal, because so many Angie's List people expect certain things and he wanted to again clarify the fine print. He cleaned all 4 rooms and used the non-toxic chemicals and natural deodorizor we wanted and got out some of the pet stains in the carpet we had for a while. Everything is clean, fresh and the dog smells are gone; so we couldn't be happier that such a natural way of cleaning can still accomplish a safe and happy place for us and our pets! He followed-up the next day just to see if all the smells were out and to ask about the pizza place down the street - what a congenial guy! I love supporting local service providers like Eco Carpet!

7/31/2013 Arrived within the time frame given. Polite, friendly, informative and professional. Explained how he would provide service and what the best results would be. No odor to cause a problem with allergies, etc., very GREEN products.

Excellent service, trust worthy-had to leave for an appt and left them there with no concerns at all. They even card after to follow up with us, and cleaned one of our small rugs on top of the coupon no charge. Would recommend and will use again.

I express enough how well our carpet cleaning went! My living room carpet is very light and was very dirty as we have 2 children plus a Dog who tracks in dirt! My carpet looks new! They showed up on Time he went over some spots with me and explained how to prevent it ! I also love the fact that they use environmentally friendly products!!!! Safe for my children and Dog. We also are happy with the scent, usually when you have your carpet cleaned there is a wet carpet smell and this didn't happen at all! We have a nice clean fresh scent! I will definitely use them in the future!!!!

After purchasing a new home this Spring, we needed to get the carpets cleaned before fully moving in. The carpet is a little shaggy and we knew that the previous owners had pets. When I called Eco Carpet Cleaning, I was able to talk directly with an employee and discuss the work needed. After receiving a quote over the phone, I scheduled our carpet cleaning for the same week. Very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt service. On the day of our cleaning, they arrived early and completed the job within discussed time frame. Showed up late but explained and apologized. Went above and beyond by moving smaller furniture and small items out of the way. Did extra room that I wasn't planning on & still gave me a little off for being late - nice but unexpected. Carpets look great, have almost dried in 5 hours and look completely clean. No smelly aftermath and its kid friendly so my kids could act normal. Def will use again!

We purchased a deal from Angie's list for 4 rooms of carpet cleaning. They were prompt in calling to schedule appt and showed up at time expected. The employee was courteous and professional. He walked thru rooms to be cleaned and I pointed out spots that would need to be spot treated. My only other experience with carpet cleaners has been with chain steam cleaning companies. A team usually came out and moved furniture (tables, chairs etc) in rooms needing to be cleaned. This was not the case with Eco Carpet, they do not move any furniture. Basically they do the traffic areas. Luckily we had most small items moved out already. I am not a fan of the cleaning system used. While the carpet dried quickly because very little water is used, the carpets do not come out as clean as with steam and extraction. I could have had the same result with a home Bissell carpet cleaner. We have a wedding coming up in 6 weeks so I will need to have the carpets cleaned again as they still appear dingy. I am going back to the steam cleaning method used in the past.

Perfect service and results from Randy Carter's ECO CLEAN carpet cleaning. Very prompt, professional and efficient and very amenable to extra requests. REASONABLE!! Will employ him again and refer him to everyone!

The gentleman I spoke with was very professional and honest. I told him I had some very severe stains on the carpet that happened becuase one of our pets was very ill. He told me that for the severity of the problem I had, it may be best for me to contact another company that he knew of that was able to provide heavier treatment. He gave me their contact information. It's not that Eco could not have done the work and I did want them to do it initially becuase of the eco friendly materials they use; he was just trying to help me save time and money as he would want someone to do for him as a cosumer. I will definitley use Eco in the future for carpet cleaning becuase of their helpfulness.
