I was originally planning to work with another company, but they weren't able to schedule in a decent time frame. I reached out to Eco Carpet Cleaning and Randy was fantastic. He was very prompt about responding to me and scheduled the cleaning within the week. Phew! Turns out our carpets were very stained and in need of some help. Randy came with a great attitude and tackled the carpet, spot by spot. I can't believe how good they look! Thanks, Randy, for the great experience.

This company performed the cleaning job upto my expectations. I've a 4 bed room home with 8 areas of carpet that includes hall way and stairs. It took around 2 hours to clean whole house and technician did good job cleaning the carpet and it looks great. I think it worth paying money to get it cleaned as my carpet looks brand new now. He treated a few stains as well. I would definitely hire this company next time without a question.

It went well. We liked it. It will need to vacuum the carpet by yourself after two hours.

Eco Carpet Cleaning did a tremendous job cleaning my carpets. Their technician was extremely friendly and walked me through everything that he was doing with the carpets. I would highly recommend them to any member who is looking for carpet cleaning.

It seemed like everything went well and everyone was friendly. The previous owners had dogs, but the cleaners couldn't get the smell out but it was a good price for what they did.

Randy responded to my request immediately and scheduled the carpet cleaning for one of the days I preferred. He was on time and very knowledgeable about how to properly care for the type of carpet we have in our house. He helped me move some of the furniture and was done earlier than expected. He cleaned 3 bedrooms, a hallway, and stairs. The carpet looks great and does not have the "beat up" look that other carpet cleanings with other providers have left us with.

I bought the $89.00 deal he has going. He arrived on time as promised. There were no hidden costs and he did not try to pressure me in to anything else (everything was included in the price). The cleaning system they use is very clean and green. We chit chatted a bit and he is a very nice and honest family man. I would use them again in a heartbeat!!!

This was my first time getting my carpets professionally cleaned. Randy did an awesome job. He showed up on time, was very friendly and kind, did a thorough job, and was in and out much quicker than expected. He now has a loyal customer who will use his company every year. I had purchased a big deal through Angie's list for another carpet cleaning outfit. When they came all he said to us was "we have a problem". We are on the second floor and they stated they couldn't bring their hoses up to the floor. I was very upset and called Angie's list to find out what I do next. Angie's list employees searched for a replacement company with close to the price we had paid. They couldn't find one so they refunded my money. Mean while I contacted Eco Carpet Cleaning and ask what they would charge We only have a small amount of carpet but I also have a chair I wanted clean. He quoted me the above price and I agreed with it. On the day of the appointment the worker was here right on time. He was a pleasant worker and talked to us throughout his work, explaining things to us. The carpet and chair look fantastic and I am very glad we found this company. I would recommend them to anyone that needs this type of work done.

We walked thru the house and he explained his procedure. Being cold weather we were glad he did not run a hose in from outside. He was at a good pace. Taking time to do it right .He did explain we would have to vaccum after it dried. After two hours it was dry. He took the time to talk with my wife about some of her art work. We liked him. When he was done he came to tell us he was finished

He did a great job. He was a really nice guy. All the little spots and everything came out. The carpet looked great afterwards. He gave me a little puddle of spot remover that is wonderful, it's one of the best ones I've used. He even did this extra little area for me that wasn't part of the deal but he did it anyway. He was very accommodating.

Randy responded to a very early morning message verifying that I could use the deal for my particular needs. He also accommodated a Saturday request with only 2 days lead time. Randy was on time and very friendly. Picked up large debris on carpet and explained the process and even follow up care. I will definitely use him again.

It was good. They were prompt. They cleaned up nicely and I think I would recommend them again. I would use them again in the future.

I called Eco Carpet Cleaning 2 weeks before Christmas to get my father's carpet cleaned. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. Randy arrived right at the appointed time. He pre-treated areas that had spots and stains, then proceeded to clean the rooms. When he finished, he explained that after the carpets dried, I would need to vacuum the carpets before putting the furniture back. After the carpets dried, I noticed that they were stiff, but after vacuuming, they became softer again. The carpet looked great!

They did a great job with the carpets. Our only issue is that they went to our old address listed in AL. We just moved. I mentioned that in the initial phone call but they did not confirm the address.

The person who came was very professional. He knew the problems in the carpet right away and used a few products in certain areas to remove tough stains. He gave us information how to avoid dirt accumulation. Overall good service. Will use this service again.

This turned out very well. The technicians were very prompt. The work they did was very good. The dining room was the best I had seen it in a long time. We had other companies out in the past that did not do as good a job as Eco. They were able to also remove one pet stain as well. This was a great value and I would use them again. Everything worked out great.

It was okay. They came out about 4 days after I purchased the deal. I paid an additional $40 for the services.
