He did an excellent job and worked us in as we needed someone quickly. We found him through a big deal we purchased and will definitely use him again.

Randy showed up on time and did an amazing job on my very dirty carpet. I just bought the condo and the carpet looked awful. He got stains up that I didn't think he would and they looks awesome now. He was in and out in about an hour. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and will use him again.

My husband indicated the provider showed up on time, and was helpful in his assessment of the situation. The only challenge I had was getting the contractor to help give me the answers I needed via email or phone messages in order to get the service scheduled. We played a lot of phone tag. Other than that, the actual cleaning was just fine.

They came on time, did a great job cleaning the carpet for my rental property.

They arrived on time and we did a complete walk thru of the areas I needed cleaned. I had placed tags on stained areas of concern. They said some of the stains may not come out and showed me other stains that I had not noticed that they said they would treat as well. It seemed to take no time at all to clean the entire 3 bedroom, office, walk in, hallway and stairway. We went thru the areas again and I was amazed to see that even some of the stains he thought would not come out were gone! Very Impressive!!! The carpets dried very quickly and I have not noticed the stains bleeding back thru as I have with other companies. I will use Eco Carpet Cleaning LLC, again and I will tell my friends about the great service and quality

Went great, carpets looked very good and they were able to remove some pretty bad spots. He even did more square footage than what I paid for which was awesome. I will definitely use Eco again in the future.

He arrived early/on-time. We reviewed areas to be cleaned, procedure and expected outcome. He estimated about one hour to complete the job and he was exactly right. The carpet looks quite good.

The reason I bought this deal is that they advertise that they do not use harsh chemicals. I have a son with multiple chemical sensitivities, two grandchildren with asthma and two others with very severe eczema. I scheduled for early in the morning so that the carpet would have time to dry before my son came home from work. He is exstremely sensitive to perfumes and detergents and I worried that he may have a problem. It rained most of the day when the work was done and in spite of that the carpet was dry by late afternoon. There was absolutely no perfumey smell and the carpets looked great. My dining room carpet had not been cleaned in years and was extremely dirty in spots. I thought it needed to be replaced but after cleaning it looks great. I am very impressed.

I was happy with his service. He did what he agreed to do. The price was fair.

They arrived at my home to clean carpet. He said I had spots and he would not be able to treat them for the amount paid. Stated that he can treat a few but with too many spots it is too time consuming with the method that he uses. I told him he could give me an additional quote if he felt I had too many spots but that I wasn't going to pay double what the deal was to have my carpets cleaned since I bought the deal with a clear understanding of the cost. He said that it would be about double the price. He told me he didn't want to do the job as he felt the work involved was too much. He recommended 2 companies that could provide the service. I called one of the companies he recommended. They came that day and did a fine job. So long story short, the best thing about this company was their referral to another company.

Worked us into their schedule, and was very accommodating. Cleaned the traffic areas of the carpets in 3 rooms and hallway and stairway.

It went very well. They were very efficient. They were prompt and did a very nice job. They got stains up that I didn't even think they would be able to get out.

It was a perfect transaction. The technician was very friendly and professional, and worked quickly. He was able to remove some stains from high-traffic areas that I thought could not be totally removed. He provided clear instructions as to how long we should wait before walking on the carpet, and how the process worked.while the carpet was drying. It was exactly what I was expecting and needing when I hired a carpet cleaner, and I would definitely hire this company again.

Randy showed up on time (a little early, even) and got right to work. He walked through and pointed out areas where he saw stains, explained that the furniture indentations were quite difficult to get out, and then started the cleaning process. The equipment he used was very quiet, which was a nice surprise. He was there for about 45 minutes, and the carpeting was dry in about 2-3 hours. I have asthma, and I wasn't bothered at all by the cleaning and protectant solutions he used. I would definitely hire him again.

I have been searching for a carpet cleaner like Randy for at least 8 years....I formerly lived in Bloomington and had the most fabulous carpet "guy" and when I mean "guy" I mean - a man, a machine and a man who knows carpet, chemical and what he is doing....NOT a company who comes in and charges you $800 for 4-5 rooms, soaks your carpets and then has to repeatedly come back blah blah blah. I am a Realtor as well - this is an ongoing question I continually receive "WHO DO YOU PERSONALLY USE" - well I grew so very tired of a company I had been referring for years (the bills were just incredible with results that were not impressive) - and low and behold I discover Randy....where did I discover Randy....well right here on Angies List. Part of the great thing in my industry is "research" and after reading so many of Randy's reviews - I thought - well I would give this guy a chance. I am so very thankful I did - Randy, single handedly, came in and made my carpets look brand new again - beyond what the "other company" had done before. Randy is so incredibly personable - you immediately feel like "family" - what I really appreciated was that Randy phoned 24 hours later to ask if everything was acceptable and if he needed to return....I just thought this was incredible! Randy is prompt in answering, terrific at scheduling and showing up and is one of the most hard working men I've come across in a long time - I will be a loyal client for many many years and plan on sharing his name to friends, clients and colleagues - Do yourself a favor - call Randy....skip the big company and the blah blah blah - let a real man come and assess what needs to be done and actually get it done - the right way the first time - you won't be disappointed!

Excellent! I bought an Angie's deal for this. They responded quickly to schedule. Randy was polite, professional, punctual and did a very thorough job. I had no major stains, just regular wear and my carpet looks much improved. Randy also gave me good tips on taking care of my carpet in the heavily used areas and for an stains I may face in the future. Will definitely use them again!

I purchased a Big Deal for $89 and then was very happy with the results I had them clean one of my other properties. Eco Carpet Cleaning is very economical (even on the property where I didn't use a Big Deal), fast, efficient, and communicated well over both email and phone. I will be using their services in the future.

They were miracle workers! 18 year old white carpet looked fabulous. They got out stains that we thought were permanent. Beyond all expectations. Excellent job and I would highly recommend them!

Very nice man, but the outcome was not good. I always try to use environmentally safe products, that won't harm my pets. My carpets look worse than when I moved into the house 8 months ago. I'll be buying new carpet shortly.

Randy was very professional and courteous. I appreciated his honesty. I had a couple rooms downstairs that I was hoping to clean (bad with pet stains) and he was ready to refund my money as he said his type of cleaning would be a waste of my money, that I needed an extraction/deodorizing service that Sears could provide. (He also contacted Sears for me upon request). After showing him the upstairs was not like the pet stained downstairs he was able to clean the upstairs. I am waiting for the carpet to dry but from what I saw it looked very good, better than expected considering it is 10 year old carpet that has had its fill of pets and kids. I asked Randy about cleaning a throw rug, he felt his machine would damage the rug but did apply his cleaning material for no additional cost. He seemed to spend a lot of time on spot treating. The method he uses is eco friendly and does not saturated the carpet. Highly recommend.

Great experience! The carpet looks and smells great and the customer service was outstanding. I have used other places before and tried to do it myself, without much luck. Never again! I will always use Eco Carpet Cleaning.

Randy came to my apartment on time and took care of almost all the spots in my carpet. It was excellent.
