I work for a very busy woman that travels and she asked me to hire someone to clean her carpets on the only day she would be home. I knew it was short notice and due to the holidays I figured I'd have a hard time getting someone. I called Eco Friendly Carpet Cleaning and he stated that they were busy due to the holidays coming up. I told him this was the only day I had for the work to be done. He said he would accommodate me. He was very nice. I then asked the woman that I work for if she was pleased with the work and she told me she was very happy. It looks great. She said it didn't take as long as she thought it would to clean. And for the price she was going to plan to use this company more often.

Randy Carter at Eco Carpet Cleaning has become our "go-to" person for carpet cleaning. We just hired him for a second time because we were so pleased with the results the first time he cleaned our carpet. He was able to remove stains and dirt quickly and effectively and also went beyond what he was actually required to do. For example, in addition to the four rooms he was hired to clean, he cleaned a small hall area at no extra charge. He also checked our vacuum cleaner for us when we mentioned that it wasn't picking up properly, and found the problem. We were very grateful. I would definitely recommend this business to other people

Called 11/12 and Randy showed up on 11/13. Cleaned carpet soiled by two big dogs. One was very sick on 11/11 and Randy removed close to a dozen vomit stains. Looks great and house smells great as well.

Randy did an excellent job. He was arrived on time, was professional and the service he provided was above and beyond what I expected. I expected to stains to be minimized but they are all gone! Very pleased

This is my second time using Randy for carpet cleaning and I'm just as pleased this time around. I bought a Big Deal and he scheduled for the same week. On the scheduled day he called to ask if he could come early, which was great. Our carpet didn't have any deep stains, but he found and treated a couple of dog accident (or, more likely, on purpose) areas. He also cleaned two Pottery Barn (not antique or valuable) wool rugs. I love that his method is eco friendly, safe for us and our pets, and dries quickly. I'll definitely use his company again.

Randy was great from the very beginning. He called the same night that I purchased the Big Deal. He explained that he was booked for that Friday, so we scheduled for the following Friday. He was definitely worth the wait. He was on time and went above our expectations. We will definitely use him in the future and will recommend to all our friends and family.

I knew I was going to buy this house, and I booked this appointment a couple days after the seller accepted the offer. They were very professional. There was a little mix up as far as the time was concerned. I thought the appointment was from 9am to 10am, but that's not the case. When I called at 9:15am, I was told they are to arrive anywhere between 9am and 10am. So, that was a little disappointing. I understand they do it that way because they don't know how long each appointment will take. It was still a little disappointing. He looked over the carpet first before he did anything. I appreciated that it didn't take much time, especially since he arrived towards the end of the appointment time. My carpets look beautiful! He got a lot of the stains out. Some he couldn't, but I didn't expect miracles, either. I was surprised at how much he was able to get out. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent!! Arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The serviceman explained the process and my carpets looked fabulous when he left. I liked that it was natural cleaners and not lots of chemicals. I would recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Randy came to my house personally and did an amazing job! I live in a townhouse that is connected to apartments. People usually get confused on which door is ours. Randy called me and I told him where we were located. My roommate let him in and said he was socked how dirty our carpets were haha, but they were pretty bad. He cleaned them so well, it feels like we are in a brand new place! It smelled great and since our carpets were pretty dirty he used extra solution which I really appreciate because we are having guest over Saturday and I wanted the carpets to look nice. Thank you Randy! We will be using your service again in the future.

My carpeting is old but they got all of the wear marks out as well as spots and very nice overall. I may never use any other carpet cleaner again. They were great!

The service person showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets.. He finished in a timely manner. The carpets were damp but not wet, dried fairly quickly and after vacuuming look great. Very pleased with the job.

Randy did an amazing job on our carpets and was very fast! Carpets turned out amazing. Compared with Stanley Steamer these guys blow them out of the water. The other selling factor was that no harsh chemicals were used and the carpet was totally dry in about 2.5-3 hours!! We will be using you again in the future.

I bought a deal for three rooms. This guy is great. I work in Bloomington for the time being so head came out the Saturday following purchase which was huge. He was super nice, on time, and did a fantastic job. He cleaned the stairs leading to my daughter's room in the attic in addition to her room. He also cleaned three area rugs. Everything looked brand new when I came home and they carpets all dried within a few hours. I could not be happier. I will definitely call him again.

Promptly answered the phone, set an hour window within the week, and arrived on time, did the job and was professional throughout. Carpets are clean without any strong odors or residue. Great price for a great service.

After speaking with them about the deal, we decided to do something else with this company.
