Description of Work: Randy Carter showed up as scheduled for the appointment to clean my carpets. Upon inspection, he said he didn't think his equipment would do a proper job and would like to see if he could find another service to perform the work. He did and it has turned out fine. I would definitely use this service again. I appreciated his honesty.
