Jim was quick to respond to my needs with an A/C out and 90 degree temperatures. After his first fix did not hold and I decided to replace the 25 year old unit, he quickly got me three options and was able to replace the unit within two days of my picking one. Jim and his sons were polite, professional and extremely efficient. I will only use Easy Air for my HVAC needs.
Description of Work: Replaced old central A/C unit with new higher SEER unit. Before deciding that the unit had to be replaced, Jim came out and replaced a condenser to try and get the old unit running. When that repair did not hold, I decided to replace the entire unit. Jim did not charge me anything for the work he did on the condenser unit.

It was somewhat of a challenge to arrange for a Saturday installation. Also, since this is a smaller operation and we could only do weekends, it did take three weekends to complete the job. However, the quality of work was great. Jim and his son did a great job and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. The new duct work looks great. Prices were reasonable, but the service that they provided was what really made them stand out.
Description of Work: Installation of new furnace & A/C. Removing some old duct work and replacing with new ducts.

JIM CAME OUT AND CHECKED THE A/C. CLEANED THE COIL, OILED THE MOTOR, CHECKED REFRIGERANT. HE ALSO CHECKED THE FURNACE INCLUDING BURNERS, FLAME SENSORS. HE IS HONEST AND DOES A GREAT JOB.

JIM GWIN, THE OWNER, PERFORMED THE WORK HIMSELF. I'VE KNOWN JIM FOR 20 YEARS. HE IS ONE OF THE MOST HONEST AND ETHICAL PEOPLE I KNOW. HE CAME OUT TO SURVEY OUR FURNACE, WHICH IS SET-UP A LITTLE DIFFERENTLY THAN MOST AND MADE SURE HE HAD ALL OF THE INFORMATION. HE ADVISED ME ON MY OPTIONS AND LEFT THE DECISION UP TO ME. I SCHEDULED AN INSTALLATION FOR THE NEXT WEEK AND JIM WAS ON TIME, HAD THE UNIT WITH HIM, PERFORMED THE WORK IN ALMOST EXACTLY THE AMOUNT OF TIME HE QUOTED, AND FOR THE EXACT AMOUNT HE QUOTED. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, CLEAN, AND TRUSTWORTHY. ON A PREVIOUS OCCASION, JIM TESTED OUR FURNACE AND FOUND NO LEAKS, EXPLAINED THE SMELL AND SAID IT WAS COMPLETELY SAFE AND NORMAL. HE ALSO PERFORMED SOME LIGHT CLEANING AND SINCE HE DIDN'T REALLY PERFORM ANY WORK, HE DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME ANYTHING! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JIM TO ANYONE. HE HAS EARNED MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE!

I MET JIM WHEN I WOULD DELIVER NEW FURNACES TO HIM. I HAVE BEEN USING JIM FOR MY HOME HEATING and A/C NEEDS FOR OVER 10 YEARS. HE HAS EVEN RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY DURING WINTERTIME WHEN OUR THERMOSTAT STARTED ACTING UP.
