Description of Work: Eagledale is a wonderful hometown florist! Extremely professional and always make the BEST bouquets. Please ask for Tiffany and she will deliver on time. A wonderful Christan based company to work with. I will never call any other florist in town. :)

 + -1 moreI have never ordered a flower delivery myself before, and they made it extremely easy. I called in the morning to have the flowers delivered anytime during the day, and they were there right around PM, which was even earlier than I expected. My grandparents thought they were absolutely beautiful, and I was impressed with the ease of ordering. It was a quick and easy way to make a nice gesture, and my grandparents appreciated the colorful arrangement, which made being stuck at home sick a little more bearable. I would certainly use this florist again in the future.
Description of Work: They delivered a "Get Well" bouquet to my grandparents.

 + -1 moreExcellent job always and friendly service. I just call and tell them what I am looking for and it is handled. Their service is outstanding.
Description of Work: They do an outstanding job and the personal service is outstanding. We have built a relationship with them and in most cases just need to call and tell them who and where it is going. They keep a list of birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Everything has been fresh and they have even called me at home to confirm something that was probably above and beyond what was expected. The flowers are always fresh. They are so easy to deal with and I have never had them miss a delivery.

Description of Work: In August 2006, I was in the market for a mixed flower bouquet. For what I was looking for, Eagledale quoted over $60.00, and that's for flowers to be picked up at the shop, not delivered. I found something better at Kroger in Speedway for $20.00. FYI - I gave Eagledale an overall "A" rating in 1999. It seems like both the selection and the price have slipped.

 + -1 moreI PRICED OTHER PLACES AND THIS COMPANY HAD THE BEST PRICING. THEY TOOK A LOT OF TIME TO FIND OUT EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. THEY HAD ORIGINAL DESIGN IDEAS AND THE FLOWERS WERE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. MY PARENTS USED TO BE FLORISTS, SO I REALLY APPRECIATED THE WORK THEY DID.

 + -1 moreI TRIED TO SEE ABOUT THE DELIVERY. THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS RUDE. I WAS INFORMED THEY HAD NO WAY OF CONTACTING THE DRIVERS. THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE ARGUED WITH ME IF I WOULD OR WOULD NOT BE HOME. I EXPLAINED I SHOULD BE HOME BUT IF NOT JUST LEAVE THEM ON THE FRONT STEPS. I WAS HUNG UP ON THREE TIMES. MY HUSBAND CALLED HER AND SHE LIED TO HIM ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED. AT NO TIME WOULD SHE PROVIDE HER NAME TO ME.
