Eagle Creek Nursery & Landscape

It was a 3 man crew. They were very good and worked hard. They had to fight the weather and it was a rather difficult job at times. I was satisfied with the work and very pleased. The price was competitive and included labor and materials.

They come out two to three times per year. They are very nice and neat. They always do a wonderful job.

It went fabulous. It was on schedule. They did a great job. They showed up on time, cleaned up any mess and were easy to get a hold of.

We received excellent personalized service and some creative recommendations to solve our problem. I will certainly return.

It looks very good. They are very easy to deal with. I had a young woman that I dealt with before. They give you a detailed map and they write everything out so there are no surprises.

Believe it or not, actual cost was about $70 under estimate! minor problem: I expected to be phoned couple of days in advance of their coming to work...so that I could do some of the final weeding & prep myself, thus saving some $$ !! But they called just an hour ahead of arrival.)

Called in and the estimator got right back to me. He was very prompt to meet me at the work site, got his estimate done quickly, and the work was done when promised.

Their work ethic is terrible. The designer was okay. She seemed capable and cooperative. The guys who did the work were terrible. I had to call them back and both times I thought they did a shoddy job. They replanted some plants within a year because they had died. The quality of the plants is very poor. I don't think the people that work for them have much expertise in gardening.

They said it would be an $80.00 consultation for the service and the $80.00 would not go towards the price of the job.

They were very professional and they did the job very quickly. They cleaned up everything very nicely. I would recommend them to others and I would use them again.

They fixed it once but it fell over again within a half an hour. So they came back out and chopped it up and removed it. They also replanted a tree in that spot. They did good quality work but it took them a long time to do the work, about two weeks. The price was okay.

After seeing the many comments out here about Dennis, that's who I asked for when I called. Just like the others, I was very pleased. He was courteous, prompt and the job was completed just as he had quoted and proposed. The weather caused some delays and they weren't able to move some existing plants, but he worked around that and came out the day the actual work was being done to alter the plan to accommodate the existing plants. If I ever need landscaping work in the future, this is definitely the place I will be calling. I have also recommended them to several people.

The crew arrived this week to implement the plan and I now have neighbors stopping by to compliment my yard. It's amazing!! Dennis had some existing plants moved, added lots of others, mulched, planted grass and trimmed everything up. It is absolutely beautiful and I could not be more pleased with the results. The crew was efficient, pleasant and took pride in their work. Great job!! Will definitely hire them to do more for me.

We've used them before. It went very well. They contacted us and gave a reasonable price so it went very good. He was professional along with the designer and crew.

They did an excellent job; took care of plants that were already there. They knew what they were doing and the job looks perfect. I got an excellent value for my money.

The crew were here at a reasonable hour and worked throughout the day. They were professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. The end result was a very clean and tidy landscape. I was very well pleased.

They have the best service ever! They are my favorite. Charley is the one who helps to take care of my yard. The price depends on the service you get. They are moderately priced.

They did good work. They did not do the work exactly as we had planned, but I was happy with the results. Their timing was a little off, leaving some extra work for me.

Charlie and another helper came to move my tree. They got the tree dug and moved quickly. They were responsive and easy to work with.

Dennis did the design work and he was my contact throughout the landscaping project. He did a great job on the design. It was simple, it incorporated appropriate plants for the shady area and it provided a privacy screen for a public walkway. I also liked the year-round interest it would provide with a variety of colors, flowers and foliage. The design work was done in the spring, but the planting did not happen until mid June due to the busy season. Even though it was completed later than I original hoped, it was well worth the wait. It has transformed this area of my yard and I am planning to continue with the transformation of my front yard soon.

Showed up on time, placed trees in prepared holes. Very helpful on the selection of the trees & their maintenance.

Mark Esterline was outrageously rude, condescending and sarcastic. No way to treat a customer. A couple high school aged girls were hired to reseed some grass & work on some landscaping; they damaged a screen and he had a sarcastic attitude about that. The grass seed that they put down didn't grow. He wasn't open to listening to any feedback. Marissa, the project coordinator, said that the peonies she was planting didn?t look good but she wanted to try them anyway. The flowers never bloomed.

Mark Esterline visited our home to diagnose a problem with our sodded lawn (fungus). He told us how to solve the problem ourselves without using chemicals. He was very knowledgeable. He identified a problem with our method of applying fertilizer, made recommendations for long-term grub control without annual chemical treatments, and advised us on easy changes we can make to our lawn's maintenance. He did not charge us for his visit! We will likely be using Eagle Creek for lawn fertilization and treatment beginning next year.

They did a very nice job on the entire installation. They installed several new shrubs around the house. The installation went off without a hitch, and I am very pleased with the final outcome. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.
