They are consistent. They do a good job. They sprayed for weeds last time as the weeds were dying. That’s a good thing. I would use them in the future.

They were very helpful in helping us select the appropriate trees for our situation. They did a good job planting them. They give a two year warranty if they do the planting. We thought it was worth it. We used them in the fall and then again this spring.

They are very knowledgeable and low pressure. They give us details on what they are going to do and the cost.

The project went very well, and we were pleased with the results. Dan came several times during the installation of the plants to make sure things were done properly. We also had two trees planted in the front yard. We are looking forward to spring when all of the plants will be growing and blooming. We would recommend Dan and Eagle Creek Nursery if you are planning to have landscaping done.

I have used them since 1999. They do my spring clean up and mulching. This last time they came was on an emergency basis since I was having some mold issues that were developing due to my garden hoses. They are very professional. They worked for a day and a half, while fighting weather, on a last minute job.

The installation went well. Dan was on-site several times during the installation. The project was completed by two workers. I was very pleased with the results.

We spent a lot. They did a really good job on the design and the installation. We are very happy with everything they did for us. The workers were good. There were no complications. The job went very well. It was a little slow than I thought it would be, but they got it done and it was great. I can't really complain about that. We are going to use them again in the future.

It went perfectly. They really went above and beyond. They arrived when they said they would. They immediately moved their truck out of my way so I could move my car. They were so tidy, you almost never knew if they were still there or not. They blew off my back patio and cleaned out all my potted plants for no extra charge. The crew was excellent. They laid 26 yards of mulch total and they did not skimp. I will definitely be using them in the future.

They are great, they come out very promptly and always leave a detailed note as to the services that are performed. Because of their care we have had very few issues with our lawn and will continue to use them in the future.

It was fine. It is all still growing and is doing just fine. I would recommend them anybody. They are very friendly and easy to work with.

It was very good. They guy who helped pick the tree was helpful. It is hard to see how it is going to survive but so far, so good. We purchased it on sale and we also had a rebate from another source.

It has been good. They come on time. The people that come are pleasant. They have done plantings in past years but nothing recently. They are a good company and they return phone calls.

We love Eagle Creek. When I call Mr Esterline, he will come out and look at a tree or plant That I am worried about. He will give me his opinion about how to go about solving the issue. he does all of this at no charge to me. He comes out and patiently walks around my yard even though it dosen?t mean income generated for him. He is very helpful. He seems to care about plants and goes the extra mile. I think that is invaluable.

Overall it was a great experience. If we need to purchase any trees or shrubs or plants, we will head to Eagle Creek.

They were responsive and came over at my request. The bid was fine and they handled it very well, but I just decided not to get that service from anybody at that time.

I didn't even notice them there. They were there and gone in no time. The work was great.

They did all of our initial landscaping when the house was built. They are excellent to work with, give great advice and help you make your choices so you understand them. They warranty their products and they're just very efficient, they do a nice job. There is one particular gentleman, Dennis, who is great to work with and I will always work with him.

In 1987 Eagle Creek Nursery planted 30+ Norway spruce trees on my property. All survived and prospered. Since then ECN has performed all kinds of landscaping for me, and I've turned to Charlie Esterline for advice on all manner of outdoor projects.

They were a good resource when I needed some gardening chemicals. They are knowledgeable and had good quality products. They offer friendly, knowledgeable service, a wide assortment of products and good quality plants. They are conveniently located on the north west side.

I called Eagle Creek on a Saturday. ?David? seemed concerned about my problem and gave me basic info on protecting the tree until they could arrive. He promised someone would be out early the next week. Monday was a holiday, but Tuesday "Charlie" called to tell me he had examined the tree and believed it was worth trying to salvage. On Wednesday the work was done, and for a very good price. The estimate was $200 ?plus or minus $15?. The tree is propped and staked and straight now. Hopefully all will be well in the Spring.

They are a nursery, so they have all the plants, trees and bushes at their disposal. They aren't the cheapest, but their work is very dependable. They're also very trustworthy, which I appreciate.

We have used them for seven or eight years and they are very good. They have helped me identify the plants to put in and also put the plants in for me. They are very good about backing up the plants; so if any plant dies within the warranty period they are very quick to replace them, we have never had any problem there. They are very willing to work with us to whatever kind of specifications we have. They also maintain the yard and do a very nice job of it. We have been very pleased with their work.

I had never had mulch delivered. I ordered 4 yards. Eagle Creek called before delivering to verify where I wanted unloaded. When delivery arrived, the man said, "Oh, you've ordered too much." I was impressed that he took enough interest to advise me and deliver exactly the amount I needed. I had already paid for 4 yards and he could have easily just dropped off what I had ordered. He estimated half of what he had brought and gave me credit.

We had a lot of issues becoming a priority to Eagle Creek. We would call with concerns and they didn't seem to take them seriously. They planted several trees and shrubs that were half dead, and tried to tell us that they would perk up. Once they died completely, it took them a long time to replace them. Three bushes were removed that had died, and they did not fill the holes back in with dirt. Sink holes were created in their place. Also, without permission they pruned three neighborhood trees. They cut the main branch, so the trees will never grow up, only out. The trees look horrible and we will have to replace them on our own dime, since Eagle Creek did not originally install them. Also, we worked with Dennis to create the landscaping plan. I asked for several trees and plants, and he snubbed my ideas. For example, I wanted to plant a cherry tree out front. He stated that it wasn't a good idea because everyone had those. So, he planted some pathetic looking tree in front. Also, they planted three trees out back and they are so tiny, it will take at least a decade for them to even look substantial. They look like sticks in the ground! For the amount of money that we spent, we wanted to be able to trust that a company would be centered around quality and customer service. We are very disappointed.
