Dan Cook is awfully good and is very nice to work with. They always do great work and are very nice people. I will continue to use them in the future.

Dan Cook came out to our house to look over the existing plans and to make suggestions for how to carry them out. Yes, they do charge $75 for this site visit, but it is credited to any order or work that you give them. I think the price is very reasonable for the initial visit. Within a couple of weeks, he got back to me with a specific quote and dates they could start. Once we accepted their proposal, they were right on time and stuck with the job until it was complete. They always kept everything clean, did not leave pop cans and cigarette butts lying around, and stayed on budget. I then hired them to do additional work on other areas of the yard and they did a fabulous job. I should say that our previous experience--with a different landscaping company--was an absolute nightmare and working with Eagle Creek Nursery and Mr. Cook was such a pleasure it has restored my faith.

They are wonderful people. I contacted them in July after my dog died (I wanted to plant a tree as a memorial). I wasn't sure where the best place was for a dogwood tree. I called them at 5 and asked for some advice. We set up an appointment for 6 pm and we discussed the best place for the tree. The tech was wonderful. I picked up the tree and they came (and waited through the dog's memorial service) to plant.

It's fine, they have easy friendly service, and they're not too expensive.

Excellent work - great edging of beds, warranty for plants that did not make it through the first year so the few that didn't were replaced.

Overall, they were very responsive in getting the work done as soon as possible, especially given the time of year (May). They arrived on time, did the work as expected, and left no trace of their efforts.

Rob helped us pick out the best bushes. He has come by the house to check what bush would be best at no cost. He was so helpful in getting the bushes that we needed.

Taking a few leaves and twigs, I went to Eagle Creek. After a good inspection, the arborist decided that the tree needed fertilizer. He told us how to apply it. I bought a sack of fertilizer and an auger. I treated the tree. It looks better, and we'll fertilize again in the spirng.

They did an excellent job and they are very timely. The original cost was higher as they went along they were able to bring down the price. They did an excellent job.

Mark was wonderful! He spent time helping us plan out what to do and then completed the estimate and work timely. He was even on site with the work crew to assure it was completed correctly. When the old site of the trees settled he re-sodded the area to the correct height without an extra charge. We continue to use them for our lawn maintenance program and our yard looks 100% better. David is wonderful when he comes to fertilize about making suggestions to improve the landscape.

The woman in charge was just wonderful- I can't say enough good things about her. She went out of her way and did what she said she was going to do. She is very good, the work was efficient, and cleanup was done well.

All the bushes they put in are doing very well. I was very happy with the service. All the people who came out were very professional. Their price was competitive and they had great communication. They did an excellent job. Melissa did the bid and design. She was very knowledgeable and responsible. She also came out to check on the progress during installation which I thought was a nice touch.

I LIKE THIS COMPANY'S ATTITUDE TOWARD LAWN CARE. THEY ARE A SOUND CONCERN, A LONGTIME INDY BUSINESS. VERY DEPENDABLE.

They were prompt and very customer service oriented. They helped me find my shrubs and were very knowledgeable. We had a lot of fun shrub shopping. They also followed up with me after the work was completed.

They're aren't cheap, but they warranty EVERYTHING within reason, and they have good healthy plants. If you care conscientiously for a plant and it still dies, they're willing to back it up. I respect that and they respect the fact that I take good care of my plants!

THE WORKERS SENT TO ME SEEMED INEXPERIENCED. THEY DID NOT SEEM TO HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO DO THINGS. THEY WERE ASKING ME QUESTIONS. I HAD TO DIRECT THEM IN THEIR WORK. I THINK THEIR PRICES ARE MUCH TOO HIGH FOR THE WORK DONE. THEY CHARGE FOR LABOR AND EQUIPMENT-EVEN USING THE SNIPPERS IS "LABOR" AND "EQUIPMENT."

I PHONED THE LANDSCAPER AND I WAS TOLD THE DESIGNER WOULD CALL ME BACK, BUT NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL.

NURSERY SET-UP IS GREAT...GOOD LAYOUT, EASY TO FOLLOW PLANT IDENTIFICATION SIGNS.
