Description of Work: Installed 3 new garage doors and one opener. Their bid was very competitive. Ed Jr is one of the most responsive people I have ever encountered. Calls back evenings and weekends. He is very eager to solve any service issues. Very impressive company.

Description of Work: I called E & E to schedule an appt to look at garage door, but while on the phone, he was able to diagnose the problem and relayed his recommendations. I was able to fix the door on my own. He offered to come but did let me know they were running behind. I plan to use them in the future - I really appreciate the fact he provided recommendations to me.

Description of Work: Garage door was crooked, apx 1.5 inches off the floor on one corner. Looking bad and letting snow, dust, etc blow under door. When I called for help Ed said he was in the area and would stop by for a look. He stopped, reviewed the situation and said I can fix this in no more than 10minutes. Description of Work: The spring on our garage door suddenly broke on a Wednesday night. We called E&E first thing on Thursday morning, and they said they could come out that afternoon. We later got a call with a half hour window. They arrived just when they said they would, were polite and professional, finished the job quickly, and generally made us very happy. The price was lower than other places quoted to us, and the other places couldn't even get to us same day. I highly recommed E&E.

Description of Work: I called Ed and told him that I wanted a new garage door opener that had a battery back-up. He sent out someone the next day and installed it. The guy was professional and quick,the opener was exactly what I wanted and works like a dream. If there is any problem or question ,Ed is very responsive.

Description of Work: Garage door hit by car and went out of track on one side with dented panels. Called Ed for emergency service so we can get the car out. Ed showed up as promised time and made the door functioning within 15 minutes. Ed also provided recommendations on how to keep the door running before the damaged panels are replaced. Excellent job!

The owner/ operator showed up on time and replaced my old chain-link opener with a belt-driven version, which I requested to reduce noise. I am completely satisfied with the repair and would highly recommend E&E to anyone requiring garage door service.
