E & E Garage Doors LLC completed services which included replacement of rollers and a maintenance check. He showed up on time and was very good at explaining what I should look out for in the future.

We were getting ready to leave for work and discovered that the spring on the garage door was broken and the door would not go up. We called E&E (I had used them before --- probably 7 or 8 years ago) with our problem. They advised me how to get the door up safely so that my wife could head off to work. They told me that they had another job not too far from my house, but they would stop and pick up the parts and do my job on the way. About 45 minutes later they were there and fixed the springs in about 30 minutes. I thought that customer service was dead, but these guys did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.

He responded very quickly & provided the best service I ever had. Pricing was extremely fair. He was very polite, friendly and courteous. I can't say enough about them, and will recommend him to everyone I know!

He worked us within his schedule within the same day. It needed a part so he had to go get it, and got back within an hour. He not only fixed the door, but reinforced our second garage door with the same mechanism to avoid future problems. And he did it all for the same price he originally quoted. I found him to be approachable and informative, and he didn't try to sell us anything we didn't ask for.

We thought we needed a new motor and my husband called and tried to correct the problem over the phone. We scheduled an appointment for tomorrow but received a call today stating he was in the area and could come by to take a look. He adjusted the timing and didn't charge for the repair. They are very nice and will definitely be using them in the future.

Ed explained the different garage door styles to assist with the order. It took about 2 weeks to get the door in the color we wanted. We scheduled the day of installation. The installer was punctual (if anything I was a little late) and courteous. The installer assisted in moving some items out of the way, which totally surprised me, since that was our responsibility. He had to add additional framing to the old door frame and took about 2 hours. After clean-up we had a perfect door installed and operational with a nice tight seal along the garage floor.

This is the second time there has been no charge over the years. Identified the issues and did two minor adjustments. Gave us tips to stop it from accruing again and what to watch for. He was here for about 30 to 40 minutes. He is very informative when he is working on any kind of garage door. He will try to help you solve the issue over the phone. This has happened a few times over they years at no charge. 10 Gold Stars!!!

They arrived as scheduled and performed the work without issues. As in the past, the service technician was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We used this company to replace our garage door and opener at our old house. We used them again when we replaced the garage door on our new house. Ed is very nice, professional, and easy to work with. We got a good price on the door (both times) and the service and installation were very good. The whole process was easy and fast.

Absolutely amazing... as always.... we've used them since our first home with a garage in 1997... they are great at working with old garage doors. They had to be creative in how to remount rollers on the door so the cables would work properly. they could have made more $ (for themselves at our expense) if they just refused to come up with a solution but they really helped us find a solution for now that will give us 3-5 more years from our current garage door before having to eventually buying a new garage door.... they really do love what they do

I Called Jr on the weekend. He responded promptly from the road. He had a Dr visit but did the job Tues, even though I could not be there. Job completed to my satisfaction. Thank you E.

Excellent job. Responsive. It is sometimes difficult to get contractors to work on rental properties and/or agree to send a bill (because the owner may not be there) but E and E did both. He was punctual and the job was excellent. I would use him again. He price was excellent too.

Called Ed junior and explained what the old opener was doing, or not doing. After determining the make and model, he asked me to perform some activities to see what it did under certain conditions. Based on his diagnosis, he offered to see if he could find a replacement circuit board. I asked about the estimated price and decided to go with a full replacement instead. We then discussed whether I wanted a chain or belt driven opener. I decided to go with a chain drive, the same as I previously had. The very next day he had someone here to replace the opener with another chain drive. The installer was punctual, well mannered, and efficient. Within an hour or so I had a new opener. My only regret is that I should have gone with a belt drive based on the noise made by the Liftmaster 3265 chain drive.

The bar that connects the motor to the garage door broke this morning and the door wouldn't budge. I called E and E at 9am. By 12:30pm they were here and had the door fixed. During the phone conversation he wasn't sure if repairing the bar was possible so they came prepared with a motor to install just in case. He quoted a price over the phone. As it turned out, we were able to fix the bar. Both people I worked with were over the top knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, etc. I'll definitely use them in the future (if necessary) and highly recommend them! I wish all service calls for home repairs went this well!

I called them and they were able to walk me through the problem over the phone. I was able to fix it myself by their suggestions. I didn't have to pay them to come out for what turned out to be a fairly simple job.

They came when they said they would. They worked very quickly and efficiently. I've been very pleased with them.

A friend of my daughter ran her car into the garage door. She was not going very fast, but just dented it. Called E and E and they came out the next day and pounded out the dent and repaired a wheel on the door track. They also adjusted the door to make sure it did not bump out again. We talked about someday replacing the door, since it was not the best of quality doors. I will definitely have them back to replace the door or any other garage door needs.

We have used Eand E before and will use them again. They provide great service and their prices are reasonable and competitive. They installed a new garage door motor and sensors in the detached 2 car garage in the house we just moved into. They also raised a part of a garage beam that was interfering with the motor operation. They provide great service and if something isn't right, they will make sure it is fixed. We have come to use Eand E exclusively.

They came out the next day after we called and were able to fix it immediately. Now it goes up and down with the remote control, no problem. I'm thrilled. We just couldn't be happier with them. Anytime we have a garage door situation, we call and they fix it. These are people who have such good hearts and they do their business in such a respectful manner and have never gouged us. They've just been terrific.

I called and spoke with him about the problems I was having. Despite the fact that he was dealing with a personal loss, he was able to send someone out on Monday morning to work on my garage door. He is always friendly and professional. I have used their company every time I've needed assistance. They did a great job every time. I highly recommend them.

Replaced keypad and seal around garage door. We have always used Eand E. They are prompt, do good work and are very reasonable.

I called E and E Gararge Doors after researching on Angie's List. I had to leave a message but got a call back the same day. I was able to explain the problem over the phone and schedule a repair time. Best of all, I did not have to be home to meet them. A couple of days later I came home to a working garage door with a new keyless entry pad! It was so easy! I am very pleased and would definitely use them again. Plus I got a $10 Angie's List discount.

The was a problem in the beginning - they brought the wrong opener when they came the first time. However, they quickly rectified the situation. They did have to come back once or twice to adjust the door after that - the door was jerking while it was openeing. It is working fine now.

He called me back the same day and gave me tips to check out before he came in case they could save me $ and time. He was very willing to come out if needed, if the tips did notwork. We tried his suggestions and they solved the issues. His honesty saved us time and expense; we were grateful and pleased with his professionalism.
