The next time I need garage doors I know where I'm going. They know exactly what to do and seemed very professional and knowledgeable.

The owner came out within an hour of calling. He provided us with a quote on site. They are going to do job for us.

It's sort of frustrating when you can't get your garage door to open. I have used them 2 or 3 times before. They are prompt and when you call them, they come.

The door broke on a busy day and it was a bit frightening when it slammed down. My husband insisted that I call several providers for estimates instead of calling the first name that came to mind. So, I go out my Angie's List booklet and looked up providers. When I called Eand E, instead of getting an appointment setter, Ed answered the phone, walked me through what the problem might be and said he would be right out. His price was $20-$40 cheaper than the big name companies. He had the whole thing fixed within an hour of my call, and, cleaned up after himself! He was great. I will definitely use Eand E again.

It was a great experience to find someone like Mr. Kikendall. It was easy to reach him and schedule an appointment. He was prompt and took time to explain what he was doing. I was very appreciative that he didn't charge anything although I felt he deserved payment for his services.

I have used him many times. I have always been pleased with his work. I will continue to use his services.

He was so prompt and honest. Told me that do to the fact I had wood trim and he only had plastic. it would not match. The garage doors I had could only take one type of stripping on the bottom, and the manufacture of the garage door made sure only their company made it to match.

We had been told by another company that our garage door was a commercial door and we were quoted $664 to replace a single broken spring in a two spring setup. That would have left us with one old spring that could have broken at any time in the future. We then called Eand E to get a second opinion. Ed reviewed our situation and made the decision to use a center spring scenario (one spring) rather than just replacing the one broken spring. The door works great and Eand E saved us $400 compared to the other quote.

They did a little extra work for me which I appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

They've always been wonderful. They come out, do the job. Most of the time I'm not there and leave a check that they fill out. I trust them that much. If it is really an emergency they can usually come out the same day or the next. They are just very, very good.

He came when he promised. The installation went without a hitch. He diagnosed the problem with the old opener over the phone.

Ed returned my call right away and told me over the phone what to do and which products to use. I appreciated his input, and will try what he suggested.

The job went very well. Ed provided an estimate within 48 hours of our request. His price was competitive and slightly lower than two other bids. He had a subcontractor, Bryan Hoffman of Hoffman Construction, install the door. The job was done within four hours on the day they promised, at the time they promised. The Clopay door looks good and operates perfectly.

They came out right away. The problem was an electrical piece that had disconnected. They fixed it for a minimal charge.

I called for an estimate and and spoke to owner Ed Kikendall, who was able to schedule the job for the following day. Brian Coffman called ahead and arrived in a timely manner. He worked efficiently and neatly, cleaning up when he completed the job. He explained in detail the operation of the mechanisms and was able to answer my questions about our other garage door opener. I would hire him again.

Well, prompt friendly service. I was very demanding about the door being even. Ed was very patient and steadfast in tinkering with this door. It looks great.

We called Eand E at about 9:00am. Ed answered, asked a few questions, and said he'd be here soon; he arrived before 9:30. He went directly to work and finished a little after 10:00. Very pleasant, very professional. Angie's List discount.

Ed arrived on time and was easy to work with. He also adjusted my door to fix an annoying bounce up problem. Job Well done!

Late Monday night when the problem happened, I called Ed. He said he could come after nine on Tuesday, as had two other appointments first. He was right on time, corrected the problem and made the repairs. He tightened the springs and told me that was the next thing to break (15 year old door). He gave me some literature on new doors and a $5 Angie's List discount. I was fixed up by 10:30 a.m. and very happy.

Quick response and quote, on time arrival, quality installation. Eand E even came the day before to measure the springs.

I have no complaints with the work. Compared to other quotes that I got the price was good. I appreciated the fact that he was right around the corner from me. He was very friendly.

My spring on the garage door broke on a Saturday evening and I called E and E becasue they offered 24hr emergency service. Ed asked if it could wait until Monday but I told him I was on call at the hospital and needed to make sure I could get out if called in. The reason he asked was he really didn't want to charge weekend rates but he saw that I needed to get my car out as soon as possible. He came from Carmel to Brownsburg on a Saturday evening and had the spring replaced within 2 hours of me calling him. I felt bad that I had to have him come out on a Saturday night but I am glad that he did. He also checked my garage door and let me know that the door that came with the house was a poor standard and that it will eventually need to be replaced. He let me know what to look for and even recommended a type of door that I should get seeing that my garage is insulated.

He came early one morning to open my garage door so I could my trash out. He went above and beyond.

Ed was on time and very friendly and helpful. After reviewing the door opening and closing, he told me that all the door needed was a little WD-40. He didn't charge me for the visit, and he even gave me some further advice about the door. I really appreciated his honesty and candor, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.
