He was punctual and knowledgeable. He was thorough in the repair and properly fixed a broken coil. He looked at the third door to see if it also needed work. I felt like he made sure that before he left that all of our doors were working properly. I like that they're a small but reliable company. They are realistic about when they can come out. They always give their best effort.

Incredible! Our garage door was due for replacement, but in the mean time I broke the gear on the old opener. Ed Jr. came out to prepare an estimate for the whole job. He offered to return the next day w/ the quoted opener and install that to get us back up and going. NO ADDITIONAL SERVICE FEES FOR BREAKING THE JOB INTO 2 TRIPS!! I had an estimate from another popular garage door company and for the exact same product, Eand E was shockingly lower in his estimate. AND HE STOOD BY HIS ESTIMATE EVEN WITH THE EXTRA TRIP TO REPLACE THE OPENER BEFORE THE DOOR CAME IN! The installer provided a pre-arrival courtesy call. He worked quickly and deliberately. He had done this before!! (for many years, actually!) He cleaned up after the job, programmed all the remotes and gave a demonstration of all the features of the opener and door before he left.

Although I am satisfied with the quality and responsiveness of this company, I think their service can be over priced.

This is the second time I have had Ed help with "emergency" garage door maintenance and this is the first company I would always call. Highly recommended.

When I called Eand E they were the only company I called that routinely came to a job prepared to either repalce the gear in the motor OR replace the entire system if necessary. The workman replaced the gear, then checked and adjusted the entire system - it worked better and smoother after he finished the job.

We have used them a couple of times. In fact, they came out last week and didn't charge us at all.

Very good experience. Ed was honest over the phone before they arrived about his time frame that day. He and his father worked quickly to do the work. Ed also informed me that the automatic opener may break down within the next year due to it's age and the stress placed on it by the broken spring.

Eddie did a very good job on the phone explaining to me the potential problems based on what I was telling him and the pricing based on those specific situations. He was able to schedule an installer to come to troubleshoot the next day. His installer called me on my cell after his inspection and said he was he made a couple of adjustments and didn't see anything wrong with the motor or its other parts. He said there was nothing else that he needed to do and the garage door is working perfectly. I highly recommend this company and hope to see them continue to serve Indianapolis!

They actually fixed my door, by walking my husband on what to do over the phone (since they would have had to charge us extra to come over the weenend, and they wanted to avoid doing that if not necessary). So they helped us diagnose what was wrong, and helped us adjust it and fix the problem, all over the phone, twice and without charging us anything. They were great!!!

Closing delayed my ability to get into the home when I had scheduled Eand E to come. He waited that afternoon for the paper to be signed so we could get into the home. We finally rescheduled and he came back without a charge for the first day's time. He looked at the door and made suggestions how to compensate for the curve in the door. He said he could not grease anything because it was a plastic door and did not require the normal maintenance. He was more than helpful and did not charge for much of the time he spent. I would more than recommend him to anyone who wants fair and knowledgeable service.

They came out to assess the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and came back the next day with the materials to fix the problem.

This is a family-owned and operated company, so the service is a little bit lower key and folksy than that from larger companies. Not to worry - these guys know what they're doing and do it well. Very positive experience.

The experience couldn't have been better. He was willing to go above and beyond. He was right on with the estimate. There was no wait, they got right to us. It didn't take them long to do the job, which really surprised me since it was only one man and it took only about 3 hours. He cleaned up after himself. Everything was great. We had received other estimates, and his price was reasonable.

The time it took to schedule an appointment was short. They were here on my first convenient day. Their work was great. Product was wonderful! I can work in my garage now without an extra heater. You can tell the insulation has improved. They were curteous and cleaned up after themselves.

They are an excellent company. The owner came out and looked at the problem (dirty/greasy strip) on my door. Explained what was causing the problem. He told me how to try to clean the door and came back 2 days later (a day earlier than scheduled) and replaced my door opener. It works perfectly. I have used this company before (replacing old wood doors) and they were great to work with, honest, good prices and great work. I would highly recommend them!!!!!!!!!!!!

The man was very prompt. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, which was nice. He made sure that I could get out of the garage. I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

One of our garage door springs broke on a Fri night. The door would not go up thus we had a car stuck in the garage until we could get it fixed. Called Eand E early Sat morning after being told by another company that they were swamped with calls and couldn't possibly get out. Ed came out to my house within 45 minutes from calling and had my garage door springs replaced within 30 minutes. I did have to pay a premium to have him come out on a Saturday, but that was the case with the other company too.

He got the work done very quickly. He did a very good job. He replaced a cable as well. He showed up on time too.

Our old garage door came off it's track and we decided it really needed to be replaced. After poor previous experiences with another garage door company, we called E and E. The owner came out to give an estimate and insisted on fixing the old door because he felt it was too dangerous to have a broken door while waiting for a new one. This was not a quick fix; he had to work hard. He made clear that there would be no charge regardless of whether we chose his company for the new door or not. We ordered a specialty door which cost a little more, but looks great. The people from E and E could not have been nicer. I highly recommend them.

The experience went very well. They came out quickly and they were very professional. The work was done very nicely and everything seems to be going well with it. I would recommend them to other people.

Start to finish was easy and took less than 1 week from first click of the mouse to writing the check.

Arrived ahead of scheduled time (15 minutes) which was great. Worked non-stop to complete in 1 1/2 hours. Great job.
