Description of Work: I hired Mike Holtz, owner of Dyllan Michael Construction to install a floor in my home 3/14. He has just finished the job, which took 3 months short of 2 years for a small job. He was incommunicative, and made promises he did not keep. I have never been treated this poorly by a contractor. I would neither hire or reccommend him EVER.
