Description of Work: I found this deal while researching contractors for gutter replacement. The Big Deal offer mentioned that I could combine up to 5 of these offers for use in gutter replacement, and that gutters would be $5 a foot for 6" seamless gutters. I mentioned these coupons when I first contacted the company, and again every time I spoke with them. However it wasn't until I had them out for the 2nd time to estimate (the first time he didn't have his gutter guy with him) that I had to show him the offer and take some time explaining the offer as I understood it. He said he would need to take a copy and talk to the owner about it since I was the first to use the coupon. I got a call later on that day... it turns out someone in the office had created the offer without authorization. I was told that even though they would lose money on the deal, and he wasn't taking a commission because of that, they would still honor the deal because it was the right thing to do. He also mentioned I would be the first and last customer to use this particular Big Deal because of this. The estimate ended up being about 1200 for around 140 ft of gutters plus 6 downspouts. (price is in total estimate cost not including the discounted vouchers i used which are no longer available). After that all got sorted out, he met me where I was (out and about) in Greenwood on saturday to sign the work order. Old gutters came down and 90% of the new gutters went up 3 days later (Wednesday). I got a call from Steve Thursday letting me know they had almost all of it done but the roof was too wet to do the final run on the upstairs dormer. They showed up Friday and knocked it out quickly just before a HUGE storm hit which flooded my street, so I was thankful for the timely completion. I found a few scraps and cuttings from the gutter install in a few spots around the yard, but like I said they were trying to get it done before the weather hit, so no big deal. We've had some serious rain since then, and I've not seen any evidence of defect or leaks.

Description of Work: Asked for a roof inspection since several homes in my area were damaged by a hail storm. DuraMax said I needed a new roof due to hail damage. The insurance adjuster found only damage to the ridge vent and heater vent. DuraMax was not honest in their evaluation of my roof.
