The product selection was enormous, much more than a big box store. We received excellent service from sales rep. Ron and we felt we recieved a good value for the money we spent. The gentlemen that arrived to stretch and tuck our carpet at 2 transitions were quick and efficient. They were done in 30 minutes.

The window was under warranty, so they replaced the window with the broken seal. I only had to pay for the installation and the frame of the window. The quality of the work was fine.

have had Drexel do lots of flooring in the past and found them engaged in the sales process - unlike this time. We have decided to go with another company.

Did not use due to requesting payment i full up front.

The installer came on time, and with the help of this partner, was finished by late in the day. The installer that Drexel recommended was very professional, and genuinely helpful. We are very pleased.

They were very helpful and offerred to come to my house to measure and offer more ideas and options. I did not end up using their company in the end but I did have a very good experience with them in the shopping process.

From visiting the company, speaking with Mr. Randy Bright, the salesman, them selecting the carpet we desired, we had a very good experience.

We had a good experience in the design phase and then it all went downhill during the installation phase. The subcontractors did a shamefully bad job on the floors and countertops and there were missing pieces from our orders that delayed the entire project for weeks. In that time, the salesperson that we dealt with stopped returning our calls and then when we did hear from him, he blamed all of the problems on the manufacturers and the service department. When I contacted the service department at Drexel, they were very helpful at first, but only to a point and then they stopped returning my calls. There were some serious style and usability flaws in the kitchen that Drexel helped us design and they never helped us fully fix them. We are going to have to pay someone else to fix them now. The whole experience was pretty bad and we regret the day we ever walked into their showroom.

They have not finished in over a year. At first things seemed to go well, but as things have gone on we have numerous things that we have paid for that are not done. Our dishwasher keeps coming loose under our granite countertop. Once they came out to fix it, but it is loose again. The electrician they sent out made a hole in our upper paneling, and there solution was to try to install an outlet to cover it up. We still have a hole in the paneling and the contractor said he would think on how to fix it, and he has not gotten back to us, so we still have a hole. We have called them and they said they will come out and never came out. The painting is still not done either. We are having a hard time to get them to do the work they were contracted to do. One time we even talked to the manager of the store and that was no help.

They were really good. They did have to come back and fixed a seam, but it they were right here and got the job done.

When I called and talked to them because we were going to use them, they wanted all the money upfront. I thought that was a little weird because they could run off with all of our money.

They measured incorrectly twice. They brought out installers to install counter tops only to find they did not fit, twice. After six months of arguing, they finally got in counter tops that were closer but I was tired of fighting so we have lived with counter tops that are about 85% correct. Throughout the process they (Jesse) would never contact me with updates. I had to initiate contact with them after months of hearing nothing. I finally threatened to ask for a full refund and within a couple of weeks, I finally had the counter tops. The process was terrible and very inconvenient as we had to move out the incorrect counter tops ourselves.

Drexel was neat, clean, and professional on the job. The staff worked diligently and was very productive. They spent all of their time installing the carpet, not fooling around. I also paid Drexel to move my furniture, and the staff went out of their way to take care of things. Also, I was under a time constraint when they came the first time, so the staff only had a limited amount of time to complete the project. They worked very hard and finished it on time. I was between two carpet companies, then I consulted Angie's List and found Drexel to be the better choice. I was very pleased with my choice.

Samples were fine but price was too high.

Since we wanted to update our kitchen with new countertops, we went to Drexel's to shop one Saturday. They were just one of many places where we shopped. We were shown granite; Corian; and other solid surfaces; plus, given a good presentation on the features and benefits of each surface. Once we made a decision on the surface that suited us best, Andrea came out to our house and measured our countertops so that she could give us an accurate quote on the Corian countertop that we choose. We also found a backsplash that we believed would compliment our new Corian countertop.

There was laminate on a commercial refrigerator cooler (a restaurant style cooler) in my home that was not fixed from when Drexel was doing their work (they had to remove the seals and tracks to complete their job). I discussed with Drexel that the gaskets that made the refrigerator operable needed to be replaced at the time of the invoice. They sent someone from Turner Appliance. On August 11th, Turner came out to my home to look at it. He wrote up a work performance that indicated it was non-repairable. On Monday Aug 13th, I contacted Jesse at Drexel to tell them about the findings and faxed the information I received from Turner. After the conversation, they said they were still looking into a solution and told me that I would have a solution by Aug 14th, but it is now the 17th and I have not heard from them yet. Drexel did follow through and remedy the solution on 09/08/07

They took care of everything. They were very courteous and clean. There was a problem but they were very quick to come out and fix it. The price was good as well.

Drexel was easy to work with in getting an estimate. We chose them because they laid the floors in our house when we built it. We had an estimate for Bruce wood floors for our dining and living room to replace existing carpet. The estimate is more than we wanted to spend right now on wood floors. Therefore, we did not install wood floors. Drexel was professional and prompt. They set an appointment to come out quickly and gave us an estimate the day after they came out to look at our rooms. When the need arises, we will call them for another estimate on future projects.

They were quick and efficient. They did a great job.

Did not feel like the rep was as knowledgeable about all products as we would have liked her to be. Overall we were happy with the product. Any issues have been handled quickly and easily.

My husband and I were looking to purchase cabinetry for a bathroom vanity. We stopped in Drexel and discussed our needs with a sales person. He drew up a sketch and indicated that one of their sales representatives would provide us with the estimate. After two weeks, I called to inquire and was told that they had lost our paperwork. We stopped in the store a second time to draw up another sketch. After two more weeks, we received a phone call indicating that they were working on our quote and would get back with us. An additional follow up phone message was never returned and we failed to receive a quote. Our project was delayed approximately six weeks due to their unresponsiveness.

The salesperson, Martha, was knowledgeable and very helpful. I will gladly use her again. Their supplier delivered the flooring itself a week late, causing delay in installation, but it was the fault of the supplier, not the salesperson. I believe Drexel is a fine company, but I will not count on a delivery date in the future and caution others not to.

Kevin was great about getting us a sketch and a quote. He was easy to work with. The price was great.

They were very professional, prompt, extremely helpful and polite. Overall, just a great experience.

I thought the drapery rod specialist should have been knowledgeable enough to ask if there were other window treatments on these windows. I also thought I should have been informed about the finials being backorder. They should have asked how many slides were needed. The finials should have been properly paired, not mismatched. The only reasons the grade is not an F are that at least they did overnight ship some slides, and they delivered the final finial and helped install it.
