DR BUG

They showed up a little early and called ahead of time. Upon inspection for quote, they indicated exactly what was happening and told me that the work that needed to be performed was something I could do myself because the damage was minimal. I was instructed on what I needed to do, though of course hiring them to do it was still an option. The price indicated for their service was also better than I anticipated. I was very pleased that they had my interest in mind and that they did not exaggerate the severity of the problem and push me to buy a service that I did not need. I was given their name by someone who used them before (work was actually performed at that time, both for mold control and for extermination) who also was pleased with them, and I will gladly hire them if I do need any help in the future.

I have used Dean and Karen for 7 years. First was when I bought my home, Dean did the inspection. They are kind, informative and repsectful. Thier knowldege is extensive. Once Dr Bug comes, the pests don't!

An inspection discovered mold in the crawl space and Dr. Bug did a major mold remediation. They washed down the rafters, put down plastic, and treated the rafters. I had an inspector come back out to verify the work was done correctly. I have a high level of confidence that everything was done correctly. I didn't have a lot of contact with the company except for the dispatchers, but I have no complaints.
