+ -1 moreWHILE DOUG IS A VERY NICE MAN AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, HIS ABILITY TO DO THINGS ON TIME WAS POOR, AND FOLLOW UP VERY POOR. HIS PRICING WAS A BIT HIGH, BUT I USED HIM BECAUSE I THOUGHT HIS IDEAS WERE GOOD. A YEAR HAS PASSED SINCE HIS WORK, THE THE JOB FOR THE GRASS SEEDING HAS NOT HELD UP VERY WELL.

THIS WAS UPSETTING SINCE WE TOLD HIM UP FRONT THAT WE WERE WORKING WITHIN A SPECIFIC TIME FRAME. HIS STRONG SELLING POINT FOR HIRING HIM TO TRIM OUR TREES AND SHRUBS IS THAT HE IS AN ARBORIST. INSTEAD OF HIM DO THE WORK HIMSELF, HE HAD HIS EMPLOYEE DO IT AND IT HAD TO BE REDONE.
