Unfortunately, I cannot give Doltono365 a good review. After finding this company of, Angi's Service, I was glad to see that the first job performed was done successfully: securing my dishwasher. However, after the first service, he was asked to change shower heads and, in doing so, noticed that when the shower was turned on via the spout, not all of the water went to the shower. He recommended that the spout be replaced, which I agreed to. He went and bought a new spout, installed it, and ran the shower for less than a minute. The shower was not entirely in use until my son came home. Once he used the shower, we realized that water from the shower was leaking into our half bathroom. The leakage caused water damage to the downstairs bathroom ceiling and to the bathroom where the leakage originated. I informed Mr. Dolton, and he came out to inspect his work. He said he could not find anything wrong and advised me to get another opinion. And once I had the information, I shared it with him so he could provide it to his business insurance company. I had a plumber come out and immediately noted that Mr. Dolton did not place an o-ring/gasket in the spout, thus causing the leakage. Since finding out this information, I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Mr. Dolton. Still, he has not returned any communication, which has left me working to figure out how to mitigate this situation. I would not recommend hiring him.
