DODSON CONSTRUCTION

We are in the construction business in the Minneapolis area and were helping our daughter with a basement remodel in Indianapolis. We didn't know contractors in the Indianapolis area, so we used Angie's List, plus got references from a drywall supplier. We had four contractors look at the job and Dodson Construction was competitive with the low bid and less than the two other bids. He was very knowledgeable about the new mold resistant drywall versus the other contractors who hadn't used it yet. We wanted the sheetrocking to be completed as quickly as possible so we could finish the project and get back to Minneapolis and Joe assured us he would get things moving quickly for us and keep someone coming each day until it was done. Joe arranged for the wholesaler to deliver the drywall into the basement the next day and had a crew there on a Saturday morning to start hanging it. He had a crew there every day the next week until it was completed. Joe followed up after the job was complete to make sure we were satisfied with everything before we paid him. Having worked in construction in Minneapolis, we've often waited for sheetrockers to complete their job in a timely manner and Dodson Construction definitely exceeded our expectations.
