+ -1 moreAFTER HE GOT MY MONEY, HE TOLD ME TO CONTACT ANOTHER GENTLEMAN FOR ANY FUTURE PROBLEMS. WATER STARTED COMING OUT OF THE CEILING, WHICH IS NOW BOWED. I TOLD HIM TO GET THE UNIT OUT OF THERE. LATER WATER CAME THROUGH THE CEILING IN ANOTHER AREA, AND DOWN ON TO MY ENTERTAINMENT CENTER. MY SON WENT UP TO LOOK AT THE AIR UNIT, BECAUSE NO AIR WAS COMING OUT. HE FOUND THAT THE TUBING WAS NOT CONNECTED AND THE GRILL WAS NOT FASTENED. WE HAD A MAINTENANCE MAN COME AND LOOK AT IT AND HE SAID IT NEEDS A "PLENUM," THIS IS METAL THAT FITS OVER THE INTAKE. ON THE UNIT ITSELF, THERE IS SILVER FOIL OR INSULATION ON THE UNIT, INSTEAD OF A METAL CASING. THE LEAK HAS STOPPED SINCE THEY INSTALLED A NEW PUMP. THESE PROBLEMS COULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED IF THEY HAD DONE THINGS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
Description of Work: HE ORIGINALLY TOLD ME HE WOULD INSTALL CENTRAL AIR FOR $4,000 IN ATTIC. I EVENTUALLY NEEDED ADDITIONAL PARTS, SO THE TOTAL BILL INCREASED TO $4,800.
