Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for eight hours of landscape clean-up. They came out when they said they would. They hauled everything way. I had a minor issue, but when I contacted them, they made it right and even offered to do more. Everything worked out just fine. I was happy with them and will be having them come back for additional work.

Description of Work: Communication was terrible. Numerous phone calls were not returned and scheduling was difficult. Instructions for lawn care were provided three times including a faxed list and were not followed.

Description of Work: After purchasing the coupon, I received a quick email response asking what work I needed done. I also responded quickly with my list of work. I also mentioned that I needed to talk to whoever was going to do the work prior to having them show up. After not hearing back for a week I called to see about setting up a time to have them look at what I wanted done. I was told that "he" was fishing. I asked when "he" would be back and "Belinda" hedged and didn't give me an answer. Again, I heard nothing. Today I got an email saying someone would be out on monday to do the work. I specifically told her I worked and would have to discuss a time that would work with both of us. And I specifically said I wanted someone to look at the project first to determine if it was something they could do. "Belinda" obviously paid no attention to either my email or our phone conversation. I would be very leary trusting them to do the work and do it right.

Description of Work: Diversity Lawn Care came out about leveling the back yard – A very nice young man came out, told me that the trees had to have all the lower limbs removed so sunlight could get into the back yard, that the lawn would have to be graded, fill dirt brought in and evened off, then reseeded. He said he would get back with me in about a week with an estimate. However, he didn’t take any measurements or walk around the yard, so I have no idea how he can do this. Then on Monday, a truck parked on the other side of the street and sat there for a while. I was in the house and assumed it was Diversity Lawn Care, but no one got out to either come to the door or take any measurements. I still haven’t heard back from them, but I don’t think I want to consider this company at all.

Description of Work: I have used Diversity Lawn Care for my lawn mowing this entire summer and have been very pleased with the way my lawn looked until the drought took over. They did a wonderful job alternating direction of mowing each time they mowed and did a beautiful job of edging along the 300 feet of sidewalk (both sides) I have at my home. I will continue to use them as long as I own my home and they are in business. They are truly professional and very much worth the money.
