I am amending my original report. At first, I was extremely pleased with this company's responsivenss and based on that, I agree to their request to post a review on Angie's List. It felt to me like their level of responsiveness fell off, completely off the radar, as soon as I posted my positive report. My biggest frustration with them is that I could not depend on them to come out on the day they told me they were normally in my area of the city, Mondays. I would come home from work and it would be obvious they had not come out. I had sent an email on Aug 17 confirming they could do my lawn every two weeks for the rest of the season so the next time would be Aug. 23. They never came out so I sent an email on Aug. 26. The owner did respond that day, and said they spaced it but would "get to it as soon as possible" and confirmed Monday was the mowing day for me. So I took that to mean they would come out at least by Aug. 30 since that was the next Monday. They never came back out and it wasn't until Sept. 13 that I got an email saying they weren't coming out becuase the grass was not growing. The message I would like to tell companies is that your customers are not psychic, we don't know what you're thinking. All I knew was that they were blowing me off. You really have to over-communicate with your customers. The lesson I am learning is to not rely on email to communicate with companies. I need to make the call to the office, and not to the owner, even if he's given me his email or cell phone number. It's the office staff that keep things running smoothly, not the owner. All this said, I do think they do a really nice job on the lawns. And their fees are very competitive. But I can't rate them high on responsiveness or reliability, based on my complete experience with them.

They weren’t pushy, they were very knowledgeable, and they were able to identify the weeds from the flowers in each bed. When they got here this morning they explained what they were going to do with the weeds and they seemed very knowledgeable with what they were doing. I've asked them to give me quotes for more of my lawn care work.

They are excellent. They have good equipment, and they work in 2-person teams, so they finish in no time. My neighbors are a bit envious of the diagonal cut paths they take the time to do, because it looks great. They also weedwhack and trim by hand where necessary. I pay a little more than I did my previous provider ($35 vs $30), but it's worth it.

My experience with Diversity Lawncare to date has been wonderful. Timothy has been responsive and professional. His rates are reasonable, and I believe that he goes the extra mile. I had been unsuccessful in getting someone to mow my backyard, the problem being getting commercial equipment through the gate. Timothy came out the evening of the day I called to look at the property. He didn't ring the doorbell out of respect for the hour, but had a quote ready for the next morning, and came out that afternoon to complete the job. He has since made recommendations that I have chosen to follow. Best of all, he has honored my request to keep the grass mowed at 3"; something no other company has done.

Tim and his crew came out and removed landscaping rock, trenched, edged and cleaned up the landscaping beds, removed a couple dead shrubs and planted replacement ornamental grass. They also added new mulch to all the beds. In addition to the landscaping I asked that they mow and trim the lawn. They worked over a three day period and they did a great job. I woulnd't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Good. immediate contact, fair price, did what they said they would do, asked for my feedback on the results.

Diversity lawncare was on time and completed the job to our expectatons. We inspected the work prior to them leaving and gave further advice on lawncare. They are reasonable priced and will be used again by us.

They do an excellent job of both the mowing and the trimming; they're dependable and continually monitor the needs for services. The young men who do the mowing/trimming are courteous and very careful with their work. We will continue to renew our contract with them on an indefinite basis.
