WOW! They did a great job cleaning up the jungle in my back yard. Two men worked non-stop for four hours and completed everything on my wish list. They were able to come out very timely as I am planning to have a cook-out on July 4th and they got it done in time for me. Thanks for an excellent job and excellent service.

We completed a request for a quote on their website, and made calls. No one ever responded.

They were very responsive via email and phone calls. We had a lot of overgrowth around the perimeter of the house and they took care of it all! I was amazed at how much better things looked after they left. The team did a great job and we were very pleased with the result. Will definitely use your services again. Thank you so much!

My experience with them was great. I was very pleased with their work. The big deal was for the yard, and I wanted them to do the flower beds too. I paid extra for that. They really have a good communication. They e-mail which I like. They are very responsive. I was happy with the price.

Tim was super nice. He met me promptly at my house at our agreed upon time so I could show him what all I wanted done. His assistant then called to arrange the actual date of service. Due to all the rain - scheduling was a bit challenging. After the initial 8 hours of work were completed, I called Tim's assistant to arrange for the rest of the work to be completed. The crews did an excellent job. They were extremely professional & curteous. My yard looks fantastic & I am very impressed with the work they did. I will most definitely use Diversity Lawncare for all my yard care needs in the future. I have used numerous companies in the past - these guys are the best ~ very economical with great results!! I am so glad I found them on Angie's List!!

Diversity has done my spring lawn cleanup for a couple years now, and it's a big chore since I have lots of trees on nearly an acre lot. All I do is make one phone call, and the work is done in about a week. They call and ask about the service before taking my credit card number over the phone for payment.

Excellent service. We have a dog and they always call before coming so we have time to secure her. It is hard to find a company that will do this - they all say they will and then two weeks later you have a service man being chased down the road by said dog after they fail to call.

I prepaid to have Diversity mow my lawn four times. They came on the day promised and edged, mowed and swept my lawn. The only complaint that I had was the they had the blade set too high on the mower and the grass looked like it needed mowing within a day. When they came the following week, I spoke to them about lowering the blade, they gladly accomodated and I was very happy with the results. I will continue to use Diversity to handle all my lawn needs going forward.

They were great. They had excellent customer service. They were very timely and listened to my concerns. They were very honest and forthright. They didn't talk down to me and they were kind, thorough, informative and very helpful.

I have been using Diversity Lawn Care for the last 4 years to do my grass cutting and weed whacking. I am very happy with their service. They are dependable, they cut to the height that I want, they are consistent with their schedule, and their equipment and technique does an excellent cut. They also do my leaf removal in the Fall.

These guys did a great job. One of the company members came out and looked at the project two days prior to the agreed upon date. Two guys came out on time after a call from the company office. The job was performed professionally, expertly, and within the time that was agreed upon. I would recommend their work to anyone as I was very pleased with the results.

The owner Tim was very nice when he came out to my house to give me an estimate. His price for the spring clean up and then monthly visits for maintenance after that were very reasonable, so I hired him. The spring clean up was fabulous. That was probably the best my flowerbeds have ever looked, and I was very pleased. For the first few months, whoever came out to do the maintenance used to leave a note and/or invoice to let me know they had been there, and often rang the doorbell when they came as well. After that, I did not know when they came unless I happened to be home and see them in the process. A couple of times, the charge would come out of my account, but I could not really tell if they had been there or not. I have a ground cover in the front flower bed, but the weeds are rarely pulled out from that, except during a fall or spring clean up. Some of his employees might be afraid to walk on it; I'm not sure. Overall, I am satisfied with the service; I just wish all the weeds were pulled from my ground cover as well.

There were a couple of bumps when getting started with the lawn care...not all the yard was cut and I was incorrectly billed a couple of times. Diversity was very responsive in addressing the issues, and after we got them ironed out, the service was consistent and the yard looked good! I would do business with them again.

So far we have really liked them! ($35.00 for mowing front lawn and $50.00 for treatments).

They are great! They are probably the best price in town for the work we need!

We live on a property with lots of mature (60 year old trees). Last year we call Diversity after getting a flyer in our mailbox. They did such an outstanding job, that we planned on contacting them again this year. Before we could make the call, they sent us an e-mail offering their services again this year. Since our trees tend to drop leaves at different times, they schedule 1 date with the possibility of a second if the situation warrants. This year, the trees shed leaves at the same time. My husband called to see if they could come before the scheduled date. They came within a couple of days with a three man crew of polite, well dressed, well spoken professional men, who went about their business and were finished in a few hours. All the problem areas were cleaned out: window well, fenced in trash bin area, pockets under bushes and in corners.

Contacted Diversity Lawn Care after reviewing many companies on Angie's List. Initially spoke to Belinda, who told me the price and emailed a contract the same day. She was very upbeat and professional. They mowed for the 1st time on 7/20/12 and again today. Both times, was extremely pleased with appearance of lawn and Darren's attention to detail. He has to open the double fence gate to gain access to the backyard and is very careful to check if our 2 dogs are outside. We try to keep them inside while they are mowing if we see their truck outside. He always closes the gate securely when finished in the back yard. We've tried other companies over the past 10 years we've lived at this home, but none has even come close to the attention and detail Diversity Lawn Care has shown. They don't cut the grass too short (in this really hot and dry summer), no scalped areas, beds and sidewalks are beautifully trimmed, clippings blown off walks and back patio, gate is closed, and everything is perfect when they leave. They are set up to receive payment by credit card; very convenient for us. Highly recommend.

The service at first was fine, weekly mowing...the day of the week varied. I became suspicious when I was billed for 3 weeks straight of lawn mowing at the end of May to mid-June, during the worst drought in Indiana in quite some time. There was absolutely no way they had come and mowed those weeks, as the only thing growing in my yard was weeds, which I had gone out and trimmed myself a couple of times during that time period. I checked with the office and they informed me that I was only billed for services they did perform. After back and forth and trying to explain that there was no way they had mowed, yet I was billed for particular dates in June, I got NOWHERE. They still claimed that all billings were accurate. Would definitely NOT recommend and to anyone using their services, watch your bills closely!!!

Even from the beginning the estimate that they gave us, had to re price it and it went up significantly. Don't use this service the owner is one of most un professional people I have ever met. Emails sent to me around collecting money were incomplete and accusatory, when I asked for more detail about the invoices like a copy, it became very difficult to even get those. His statements were to the effect that i paid nothing towards the service so I had to go to my bank and produce payments that were cashed by his company. Then it became well you haven't paid me to what I did last week, they change the days of mowing a couple of times without letting us know. This week they decided not to show up, no call, no email. Great experience...just wonderful they are all very patient and kind.

Everything went well. They use commercial mowing equipment and have a very professioal image.

The lawnmower was broken and with the odd spring weather the grass crept up on us. It had not yet had its first cut and was beyond presentable. We needed an emergency cut, and the service provider we had previously used was unavailable. Based on proximity to the neighborhood and Angie's List ratings, I called Diversity and they could not have been more helpful. The crew had already left on their day's assignments, but Belinda got back to me that same day with the crew's availability. I called on a Wednesday and on Friday the lawn was beautifully cut and the price was less than I had expected given the size and poor shape of the lawn. What was even more remarkable was Belinda's kind and caring attitude, the speed with which she got back to me, their willingness to contract with me via e-mail rather than fax or snail-mail, Timothy's immediate confirmation of the timing and everyone's responsiveness to our needs. I felt valued in a way I've seldom experienced with other service providers. I highly recommend Diversity and will be using them again for other lawncare needs. They care. -Kathy Cox

Diversity Lawn service got an estimate to me immediately and performed the mowing service as promptly as possible to help me out.They are very efficient, courteous and affordable.They are also very careful to keep my gate closed to my backyard to prevent my dog from getting out...this is truly personal service with a smile!I have hired them to mow my lawn weekly and will also use them for other landscaping jobs as needed.

They were on time. They did a great job. We have them set up for the rest of the summer.
