Everyone was on time and helpful. The main worker was, also, very pleasant. One problem: the pool light was working prior to the job and it is not now.

called after total frustration with another pool service. Pete came out and took a pool that had been perpetually cloudy and got it cleared up within a week. They came out often - almost daily - until it was clear and then took over weekly maintenance. Totally satisfied with their work.

Both Cory & the office were friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that there were interruptions between the phases without good communication as to what was happening next and when.

I emailed Diversified Pools on 6/2/2014. They responded almost immediately. Although they do not do the work that I needed done they directed me to another Angie's List provided that does. They gave me the name and phone number and the person to speak with. Way to go!! Thank you very much

Cory and his crew were very hard working. From the time they arrived to when they finished, they worked tirelessly. Cory answered any and all of my questions and arrived on time and was very dependable. The pool looks great now. They even replaced the stainless steel around our pool light(which they also fixed). They cleaned up after themselves every day and always kept me informed of what was going on in the process. I would definitely use Diversified Pool Pros in the future. In fact, we are going to use them to open and close our pool every year.

The service was outstanding. The provider solved both issues promptly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. In addition, after the pump issue they offered to assist in rectifying the pool chemistry without being asked. To my surprise, they did this at a very very reasonable cost for adding a large quantity of chemicals (all of which were necessary). They are my provider of choice for all pool issues.

Diversified was great - i called them and they were able to come out very quickly to help me with my pool, which was dark green and totally unswimmable. They brought out two techs to clean and helped me figure out what the problem was. Super polite and friendly. My pool was clear within 2 days! I will be calling them for any future pool needs.

Went perfectly. They were punctual, did a great job of putting everything away and cleaning up, explained what they did, and answered my questions about some repairs that I would like to make in the Spring (possible pump repair.) They were very professional, and I will definitely use them again.

Even though I did not receive a phone call back for services needed. The service provider has reached out and mistakes do happen. We are all human right.... The owner is a great person and truly cares about the client. You can tell by the response that was left after my initial review. He is very professional and takes pride in the work he provides. I recommend his services to anytime and will reach out in the summer to possible reset my liner and open my pool.

I have used this company for about 5 years to replace our liner, as well as service on our pool filtration system. When we needed a new pool cover, we got 3 estimates from Angie's List reviewed "A" companies.

He has been very good to us. My husband takes care of most of the closing of the pool but they come out and help us carry the cover over and put that on. He is dependable and always fair on price.

The overall experience was pretty much uneventful. We called and they came out and gave us an estimate and left a pamphlet showing the liners they had available. We didn't care for any of them and we found a liner from a different manufacturer and they ordered it for us (it cost a little more). They were very easy to work with. The job was done in one day . The one thing I would suggest is once you have Pete's cell phone is to call him for any future concerns or follow up. His wife answers the phone for their company and it seemed like there was a drop in communication. That is why I have them a grade of "B" for responsiveness because I had left some messages on the company phone but the calls weren't returned. But once I talked to her and made her aware of the problem she was very apologetic and I'm sure they were very busy last summer due to the number of hail storms we had. We had some places where the liner had popped out after the installation and the pool was filled with water and we had paid them but they came right out and fixed it. Told us if we had the same problem again to call them. I'm confident I could call them and they would make it right.

Everything went very well. Pete returned our initial call promptly, came out and gave us an estimate on replacing the liner. After we decided to go with them he very promptly came back out and got all the measurements and we decided on which liner design we wanted, gave him 1/2 down and waited for the liner to come in. About 2 weeks later he called and came out to install right on time. We needed to replace the pool light so we did that at the same time. Pete was very prompt, clear in explaining the job and did everything just as expected. Pricing was very fair.

It was part of the service and there was no charge. I thought that Pete was great. He came and assessed the situation and gave me his input. It was fine and just what I needed.

Diversified has always done what they said and at the cost they estimate.

We have been very happy with them. The guy we dealt with is the owner and his name is Pete Newett. He did a really good job. He was here when he said he would be here. I was very pleased. They actually installed the pool liner for us couple of years ago and they did a really good job on that also. We shopped around and the price was competitive. He was professional. He came and did the whole installation in a single day. He was a really nice guy to work with. He has basically been in the business for a long time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. If we have anything else, then we would definitely use him again. My husband is into construction and so it?s pretty hard to please him. However, Pete got along well.

It went very well. The new pool liner was installed perfectly and looks great. The new cover works better than the original. The price was competitive and everything was done just as promised.

I called and Diversified Pool Pros was very friendly and helpful over the phone. They took their time to explain some possible problems/solutions for our pool cover problem. However, they didn't service the brand of pool cover that we have.
