They far exceeded my expectations. Finding a good pool company is tough!

I think if your a home owner with an in ground pool you should consider this company and the "salt" system they installed because it is the BEST. We opened our pool to crystal CLEAR water minor cleaning that is a 1st for us on our pool. Our pool water stayed crystal CLEAR all season and was closed clear so if you are facing spending a large amount on chemicals and draining and bringing in clean water each year I would look at this company and the salt system again it is the BEST and saving us money.

Initially, they were quick to respond to my Message through Angie's List. However, I had to keep following up to find out when they were coming to the house to provide an estimate. I was told last week they would come out the next day every time I touched base. This morning I followed up again because I had not received an estimate from them or any indication that they had been by the house. I was told that they had not come to the house and that they would not be coming because they just landed a large project. I understand it is a "jackpot" situation to be able to keep all your crew in one place, but if they were bidding a large job last week they should have not led me to believe that they would be coming to our home. Their delay caused us a delay because they were the last company we were waiting to hear back from to decide on who to use. i am sure they're a GREAT company to work with - unfortunately they just didn't do well with their communication.

Liner went great. Only problem was the liner came out of the track a couple of times and they were quick to come back and fix. Another problem I found was when I went to replace the pool light bulb , I didn't have as much cord as I used to have making it very difficult to get the light far enough out of the water to replace the bulb. I asked them to give me a price on replacing the light with a new low voltage light , but they haven't got back to me.

It went awesome. They always return calls and show up when they say. Price seems fair. Very reliable company, I work at Angies List and I would/will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a service company. Hire them, you will not be sorry

They showed up early and explained things to my fiancé while they were doing the work. I work at Angie's List and have gone through 3 pool companies before finding someone that would actually show up when they were supposed to. I know how frustrating it is for people that have plans and need something done on a certain day. If you don't want to wait around and then be disappointed when the company doesn't show up, call this service provider. They will not let you down. I also ordered a pool heater and will leave a review on that service as well

They came ahead of schedule and completed job quickly. They did excellent work. Liner looks great!! Would highly recommend them.

The guys from diversified were punctual, very kind and did a great job diagnosing our pool problems and winterizing our pool.

We ran into a few problems basis on the improper original install. They stuck with it & keep me installed thorough out the process.

Excellent service. Services were provided exactly as agreed upon. Staff were professional & congenial. Did a wonderful job of keeping our pool clean and clear throughout the Summer.
