The job went great.

Everything went perfectly. I called Bryan on Friday to asked if he could work us in before my wife left on a 2 week trip the following Monday. He was able to work us in on Saturday. I drove over Saturday afternoon and performed the install while I waited in his very comfortable waiting area. It took about 2.5 hours and when he was done, everything looked perfect. He matched the tint on our back windows and the windshield tint was exactly what we wanted in order to protect the dash board area and reduce the glare, without deteriorating the clarity and view. There was just a little waviness in the film when I left his shop, but as he promised, that went away within a couple of hours as the bonding solution evaporated/dried. Within a day, you could not tell that the tinting was not part of the original factory installation. I highly recommend Distinctive Glass to anyone intent on adding window tinting to their vehicle. I will definitely use him again on my next vehicle.

He was not the firm that I used originally because that firm would not return my calls. I contacted Vista directly and they connected me with Bryan. (I told them that I didn't want the original contractor to do the replacement work). He contacted me and scheduled a time to replace our (under warranty) window film. He was prompt and professional and suggested that we upgrade to a new type of film available now (ours was about 8 years old - lifetime warranty). We agreed to the upgrade at an additional cost. The film looks great and I would hire Bryan again.

He was prompt and knew what he was doing. It took about 30-45 minutes.

Bryan is the ultimate professional. When he came to do the estimate, first thing he did was to put on his shoe covers which we really appreciated. Bryan took the time to explain the different types of film and the benefits of each one. The day of installation, Bryan work tirelessly to get the job done. It was a very long day, over 10 hours but he got it done meticulously. Bryan is a perfectionist so you are guaranteed a wonderful install.

Work was very professional and high quality. Been about a month since the new film was installed and no problems. Price was below other more local sources. Even though this was a longer drive from the north side of Indianapolis to Mooresville I'd do this again because of the quality of service. Full unlimited replacement warranty. It's a home business in a residential area with a comfortable waiting area, trust it, don't worry.

IT WENT GREAT! I can't say enough about the excellent installation of the film that Bryan did. He was quick to respond to our request for quote. He is prompt, courteous, and very professional. He described the differences in the films available to us and helped us decide which ones to use. His extensive knowledge and experience with Vista films impressed us. He followed up with emails to remind us of the times he scheduled to be at our home to quote and to install so that there was no confusion. He was able to install the film within the week of quoting and his installation was meticulous. He was respectful of our home and furnishings and protected the carpeting while installing the film. Since drying times can vary, we had a window that took a little longer to dry and Bryan followed up with us to ensure we were completely satisfied. We had other quotes, but chose Bryan for his extensive experience and knowledge, and he was competitively priced. He is a single business owner who does his own work and stands behind it. We love the softer light without the glare and we wish we would have had the film installed years ago - it would have saved furniture and flooring from fading so badly and kept the house cooler on bright sunny days.

Distinctive Glass put film on many windows at our church in Fishers. Bryan is very profession, thorough, patient and meticulous about what he does. He did great work and left me large samples of all the Vista films he uses to help us make the decision. Others had only small samples. I used him for our home and he going to do more windows at our church. He also provides comprehensive warrantee information after the installation. Very happy with him...but price might be a little high, but you get what you pay for and the quality of the film application is top notch. Dave

I was able to set up an appointment quite quickly after purchasing this deal. Bryan Shouse was the installer. He arrived promptly as scheduled and went to work. Bryan was very respectful of our property. His installation is top notch. We are extremely pleased with the results of this product. We would recommend the product and Bryan's expertise to anyone.

They did a pretty good job. They were able to provide a distinctive piece of glass that I wanted and work with using it in a non-traditional manner.

Basically, perfect. The quality of the materials he works with are the best of the best and the workmanship is flawless. Whether he works in his shop in Mooresville or sub contracts through other retail glass shops around town, he's an A+ supplier. Wholeheartedly recommend him after many repeat purchases.

They did a great job. They came out about three months ago. They did the job and so it did what it said it was going to do. I would use them again in the future.

This company was referred to me by a friend. They were prompt on coming out to provide a quote and was able to get me scheduled quickly for the job. Very professional and courteous and did a great job. I was concerned about my sunroom that gets the evening sun and is full of windows. Now I am able to sit in that room and able to enjoy the view without closing the blinds. I was also concerned about a moon window in by spare window that I didn't want to cover. They suggested it be covered with a darker tint and even though some light comes in it is not as bright as it was with nothing and my guests are able to sleep in past sunrise. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is interested in having their windows tinted.

Bryan came to the house to make a bid to install solar control window film. He was punctual, courteous and professional and submitted a reasonable bid. It was a close call, but I went with another company.

HE REALLY DOES USE A TOP OF THE LINE PRODUCT. WE DID NOT GO WITH HIM BECAUSE WE WERE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING LESS EXPENSIVE. HE USES VISTA PRODUCT LINE.
