The issue now is that do not come get their Dish off roof. What a waste! We have to find contractor to come get it and dispose of it and repair roof. People considering DISH should know that beforehand. In order to do review I had to enter date of service-5years of service. Also, cost of service was $110/mo.

we were trying to go over all our costs and this seemed to be the best provider at the best price .. Our Tv costs with Comcast kept going up and we decided to look at another option and Dish was a great solution with great promo of free premium channels and the hopper

Non responsive to calls

Recently had our service transferred - that was an excellent service of installation and wiring etc. When I contacted them again (based on what their installation tech told me) to get help in dismantling the satellite dish at my old place the trouble started. I even offered to pay for that service as the tech who installed it had the mounting pole buried it deep in hard ground The customer service gave us a list of local retailers who, according to them, 'will perform this service' and all five we called (and spent hours of time on phone) were surprised that dish is sending us to their direction because they NEVER offer that service (they only sell and install). One of the chat customer service rep said if all else fails they will send someone to my old address to dismantle the dish. After getting turned down by the fifth retailer (who ridiculed dish customer service for such misleading directions), I contacted dish TV again and this time another tech spent 15-20 min 'researching' my case only to transfer my case to an 'account assistant' who said he is happy to assist me but technician can only be sent to my current address. So it turns out, I will have to first get the old dish to my new address somehow and only then they will be more than happy to dismantle it for me! To get to this point, dish TV's friendly customer service made us go through five different customer service reps and as many number of calls who made us call five local retailers with full knowledge that those retailers won't provide the service we're requesting. In total it cost us more than 4 hours of phone and e-chat time and they turned a totally satisfied (with their transfer and installation) customer to an utterly frustrated one with an unresolved issue at hand.

Great! The tech, Jason, was unbelievable with very high standards for his work and work ethics. Went an extra mile to set everything ready for possible future upgrades. Extremely pleased with the service, professionalism and work ethics. I congratulate the managers who assembled their tech support tem with people like Jason.

The service that they provide me is great. The internet speed connection is fast. Overall they're providing me an excellent service.

The price is competitive. For my family the channel offerings are competitive, the service has always been excellent and they provide a free move, which my family just did, so that was a nice feature.

For the most part they have been very good. They were pretty prompt in coming out when we had emergencies. The reception is always pretty good.

They are pricey. I don't like their prices, but they are about the only game. I do get pretty good service. I very seldom get interrupted and if I do get interrupted, it's only because there's a bad storm. They come out of Missouri and if there's a bad storm in Missouri then I may get knocked out for 10 to 30 minutes, but they have it back up as quickly as possible. I have a basic package plus one extra. I think the price is high but cable is unpredictable and it's probably higher than this. If I have a problem I can call them, but most of the time, they want me to go online. They do solve my problems if I have one. The quality is good, but I have to pay for the high definition which is almost mandatory. The picture is good. They are just outrageous, but I don't think they care.

You can't pause, and you can't rewind. They're fine. I have no problems with them. They haven't messed up the bill. Sometimes, they're hard to get a hold of.

The quality of the service is good unless we have storms coming through. I give them a "B" overall.

We get good service from them but they send us coupons in the mail that I do not understand how to redeem.

Their service has been pretty good. Unfortunately some of the service depends on the internet which is not their fault. I am happy with them, but I would stop using them when I stop using my internet provider because they said that I have to use that particular internet service provider for some services.

They were there when they were supposed to be. I am satisfied with the services.
