 + -1 moreOverall, my experience was good. Direct Delivery picked up and delivered the items quickly and accurately. However, they did not precisely meet their delivery time estimate.
Description of Work: Direct Delivery picked up and delivered an envelope to a client and delivered another package to me. They were easy to use, and entering the order on their website saves you a dollar. They are very nice and usually quick. The only quarrel I have is that a direct version of their delivery took almost two hours, and it's supposed to take an hour and 15 minutes. I could have paid less for a standard delivery, and that takes up to three hours.

 + -1 moreI HAVE A HOME BASED BUSINESS THAT DOESN'T HAVE A WHOLE LOT OF NEED FOR DELIVERY SERVICES, BUT THEY ALWAYS MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I'M THEIR MOST IMPORTANT CUSTOMER. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PLEASANT ON THE PHONE, PROMPT, AND VERY ECONOMICAL. ON ONE OCCASION (DURING A SNOW STORM) THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER AS PROMISED, AND THEY DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THAT DELIVERY.
Description of Work: OVER THE PAST 5 YEARS, I HAVE USED DIRECT DELIVERY FOR PARCEL PICK UPS AND DELIVERIES.
