Description of Work: Set up TV on wall . Did all the wiring and hung TV . It went very well. The installation men did the job and owner of company came and checked the job when it was completed .

It went very good I would call them whenever I have a problem. Not only expertise in in the internet and TV they also redo photos for you I had very bad pictures that were old and they redid them for me Excellent job!! Always clean your house just like it was ( no mess )
Description of Work: Hooked up Internet service, replaced laptop and anytime I have a question or something goes wrong for instance new updates I call them and they walk me through it or they will come by to check it out great service and very professional and efficient. I trust them and very reliable Very reasonable on price.

It went well and I like it. I don't know where they buy their merchandise from but they come out and install it. You don't call the manufacturer even though you have the warranty. You call them and they will call the manufacturer for you. I never had a company do such a thing and I like that. I called them on a Sunday and it wasn't even work time. They called me back on Monday morning and came by in the afternoon the same day.
Description of Work: I purchased a 42-inch television and power surge protector from Digital Homescapes and they came out and installed it. It included a warranty.

They were really good. They were very professional and were on time to the appointment. I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: Digital Homescapes repaired my computer sometime in the middle of last year. My computer just froze up; so they came and fixed it.

Response from DIGITAL HOMESCAPES
After making a service call to the customer's house we decided to pick-up her defective remote and try to have it repaired at no charge to her and she was fine with that. We found out the remote could not be repaired and decided as a good gesture we would buy her a new remote at no cost to her. We came out and re-programmed the remote at no additional charge to her and trained her on how to use it. We then followed up with a phone call to make sure the customer was satisfied and she stated she was. We initially missed phone calls from the member due to two employees leaving the company. Therefore we were always behind the ball when it came to timing and we apologize for the problems she has had and any inconvenience we have created for her. Since then we have done our best to rectify the situation by buying her a new remote. Steve Fulton
