Diamond Restoration Roofing

Had a roof replaced with Diamond and it has been a miserable experience. They were told to remove the satellite dishes when installing the new roof, and they re-mounted them. The threw shingles down the that consistently hit the gutter and then left large black scrapes on the brick of the house. Gutters now do not drain properly and require re-alignment or replacement to prevent over-run in the center of the run. Bump out recently started leaking and they will not even pick up the phone. Warranty is worthless. They subcontract out to people who don't care either. You'll never be able to reach them once you hand over cash for the job. Absolutely under no circumstances should you use this group!

Larry arranged a time with me and showed up a little ahead of schedule. He evaluated the problem and made repairs where necessary free of charge!

Mr Mahurin looked at problem area and made a repair for free! He showed and explained what he did, and that his repair might solve the problem but to call him if it didn’t. If I need additional repairs or my roof replaced, I’ll definitely call Diamond Restoration.

Larry, the owner, was very responsive, knowledgeable and thorough. After his initial assessment of my badly wind damaged and deteriorated roof, he even offered to come out again and meet with my insurance claims adjuster, so everyone communicated in person. His crew came out the following week and completed the job within two days. Diamond Restoration is a family owned, generational business and their professionalism and pride of ownership shows. Overall, they did a good job. There was an issue with getting materials, but the manager stepped in and made it right.

Great! They were extremely helpful when providing quote, then not pushy afterwards (other company's called me day over day). When I got back to them with my decision we planned it out picked the date and had it done in 1 day. They had to re-deck the whole roof since mine still had planking vs decking and it was in bad shape. They called me in advance and provided prictures so I felt comfortable that this was needed not an "oooh midway give me more money" scam. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Ps on the amount. The original quote was $5500 super reasonable, it only cost $2000 more due to damage that was also predicted.

They called, went to house and called to say they fixed a broken vent. I asked about the insoection report, tech seemed caught off guard. I have still not seen a report on the condition? / recommendations or sugestion?? Just been told they "fixed" vent? Would like to see before and after pics??

They handled it very well. They coordinated everything with the insurance company. They even got a different insurance inspector to come out and approve the roof to be replaced when the first one barely looked and only approved half the roof to be replaced (who does that?). The whole process was very easy and they made it seamless and removed the stress from a large decision as a homeowner. For the actual installation, the crew arrived early and were completed with the whole roof in one day. I was very happy with their service!

I was very impressed with everything. They were very good as far as time. Once they started doing the work, it was done very quickly. They did a good job cleaning up as well.
