Greg Decker was very professional in helping us select a new pontoon boat. After asking how & where it would be used, he gave his recommendations and guidance as to the specifications required. After the purchase, he delivered the boat himself to our residence and spent considerable time demonstrating proper procedures. I would recommend Denny's, Greg, and his staff to anyone considering a boat purchase.

Two weeks after taking delivery, sustained damage to electrical system from a muskrat which chewed on several low hanging cables in the rear of the boat. Denny's patiently talked me through a repair attempt over several days and multiple phone calls to the service dept. When I exhausted all options, they scheduled a service call, assessed the problem, and performed a temporary repair to get us back in operation. They recommended replacing the wiring when the boat is winterized and stored in the fall; and volunteered to do this free of charge because the cables were not well enough protected when the motor was installed. Throughout the process, Denny's reps were patient, courteous, and always willing to assist. Buying the boat, the delivery process, and subsequent repair experience were all very positive.

Reasonable price, flexible & worked well with us. Timely delivery and complete explanation of boat. Nice friendly people. Did forget a few of the details, but made it up. All in all, we're pretty happy.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL. I WILL TRADE IN A FEW YEARS AND WILL DEFINATELY DO BUSINESS HERE. THEY SERVICE MY BOAT EACH SEASON, AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.
