Very very well.
Description of Work: Delta assessed mom's crawl space for mold. In not wanting to alarm an 80 yr old, I explained that they needed to come out when she was not there and I would meet them. They arrived right on time as we discussed. After checking the space, their report was no mold problems. He explained what we were seeing but indicated that no action was required by them. What was most impressive was the fact that they did not charge to come out and evaluate the situation. Great honesty, professionalism, and punctual.
