THEY ARE EITHER WELL INTENDED PEOPLE LIVING BEYOND MEANS (WHICH REQUIRES THEM TO DEFAULT ON OBLIGATIONS) OR VERY CRAFTY CALCULATING CON MEN -- JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT IS THE TRUTH.
Description of Work: SIMPLY NOT TRUSTWORTHY -- I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

WHILE JOHN AND LORETTA SEEM TO BE GENUINE PEOPLE, AFTER BEING PAID THEY WILL NOT RETURN TO FINISH A LOT OF THE LITTLE THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN LEFT UNDONE. ALSO, I PAID FOR A NEW KITCHEN COUNTER (WHICH JOHN WAS TO ORDER, PICK UP AND INSTALL) BUT IT HAS NEVER BEEN DONE. WHEN I HAVE TRIED TO FOLLOW UP WITH JOHN OR LORETTA, THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS, LETTERS, OR FAXES. UNFORTUNATELY, I CANNOT NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL NOT FOLLOW THROUGH AFTER BEING PAID. THEY STILL OWE ME A NEW KITCHEN COUNTER TOP OR THE $600 THAT I PAID FOR THE COUNTER TOP. VERY DIFFICULT TO GET TO RESPOND TO MESSAGES.
Description of Work: INTERIOR PAINTING, ELECTRICAL UPGRADING, INSTALLATION OF LIGHTING FIXTURES, REPAIR OF WATER DAMAGED FLOOR IN MASTER BATHROOM, REGLAZING OF WINDOWS, AND GENERAL REPAIR OF HOME BEFORE MOVING INTO IT.
