We first found Ben through Angie's list a couple of years ago. He is always very accommodating with our schedule. The quality of the work and the value are outstanding. We don't plan on ever using another company.

I called them twice and got their voicemail and another time got a gal-never returned my calls even though I identified myself as an Angie's List person.

Arrived exactly on time. He was very polite and professional. It took him about 1.5 hours to clean roughly 1500 square feet of carpets. We had a problem area from pets that he fixed.

Called and left message. Mr. DeCamp called back almost immediately. I requested a specific day the following week and he made it happen. Arrived when expected. Worked professionally. He removed almost every stain. There were a couple of heavily soiled areas that didn't get as cleaned as I hoped. For the money, I received a very good value. I had previously used a company that did a very good job but was more than twice the price.

Ben DeCamp gave me a quote over the phone, promptly showed up four days later and did a very thorough cleaning of our carpets. He noted stains he found and explained why they may not come out entirely. Ben was very professional. He wore foot coverings and his equipment was clean so I was not concerned about the cleaner bringing in more dirt that he was cleaning. I was very pleased with the service and price. Most all of what I thought were stains did come out. I will call and recommend DeCamps Certified Carpet Cleaning in the future.

They did a great job. Showed up right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Ben was concerned about a couple of spots that he thought may show up again but offered to come back and spot them again as needed.

I researched several carpet cleaning providers via Angie's List and found the glowing reports for DeCamp s seemed to fit my idea of a reliable business. I called for an estimate on a Tuesday, liked the price, then hit them with the I m on vacation, is it possible to get your cleaning services this week? To my surprise, I got an appointment for Thursday. Ben (the owner) was very personable, professional, punctual, conscientious and did an excellent job. He even cleaned a couple of traffic areas that I hadn t specified on my original call. Ben left me with shoe covers so I could navigate the home before the areas were dry (what a great help). I certainly feel I got more than my money's worth. I will use Decamp s in the future.

The guy was very good and was nice and personable. They were very professional and had very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

Ben came by the day after I called to give an estimate. I found his prices VERY reasonable and set up an appointment for the following week. Ben was polite and thorough in his cleaning. I was pleased with his work and will use his service again.

We called for an estimate. He came on a Monday and gave us an estimate and the following Monday afternoon he cleaned the carpeting. He did an excellent job and the carpets look great.

They were very clean and helpful. He was great to advise me and explain what he was doing. The carpets look good. I would definitely recommend him, and use him again. He actually gave me an Angie's List discount too!!

I normally use a large truck-mounted steam cleaning service, but thought I'd check around this time. I contacted Mr. DeCamp and he was near enough to be able to fit the carpet cleaning job in while I was at the rental property, so I thanked him and asked him to come over. He came right on time and went to work. I did appreciate the quick response and he was pleasant. He stated that this carpet was not bad, which it wasn't, but it did have a few grease stains and a couple of larger areas of ground in dirt. I asked up front if these stained areas should be pre-treated, and he said that it was not necessary. He quickly went over the carpet and I noted that there were still some dark areas and asked if he could redo those areas, which he did. This is minor, but the tracks from the cleaning machine were very haphazard and now going in different directions since I asked him to redo areas that did not come clean. I am used to those nice zig-zag lines that announce "this was just professionally cleaned!" No big deal. I figured I'd just have to go over it all again when it was dry with a vacuum and it would look fine. Never have I had to have a carpet cleaned more than once and I've been a landlord for many years. I also had to clean up water on the adjacent hardwoods, so I am glad I was there to get it before it stained. When I returned the next morning, the dark areas and stains on the carpet had reappeared. I called Mr. DeCamp, and he told me that he said this could happen. I indicated that it had never happened with the steam mounted cleaning, and he stated that his was a wetter process that used detergent and that it could happen. This was a problem as I had re-rented the house very quickly and needed to turn over possession to the new tenant, and it is my policy to turn over a sparkling clean unit, not one with carpet stains (or even wet carpet). With time being of the essence, I told him that I would attempt to get the stains out myself with Oreck cleaning products, because I had to turn over a clean, dry carpet in a few hours. He had stated that he would be happy to come back and clean it again, but I not only didn't have time for it to dry, but I don't really want to have to clean carpets twice to get the job done. Long story short, I spent the entire evening attempting to get the carpet spots cleaned. I used a whole bottle of Oreck Stain remover and a cup or two of the Oreck dry carpet cleaner along with a couple of hours of elbow grease, and, with the help of a friend's Orbiter cleaning machine, was able to get the stains out acceptably. It seemed like a lot of work for me to have to do after hiring the job out, but I suppose that if time had not been a consideration, it would have been ok to have him return.

He came out the day after I called. He was informative, friendly, and courteous. He worked quickly. The prices were extremely reasonable. I would use again in the future and I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Obtaining a quote was a bit difficult - their typical process is to meet with clients and view the home before providing a quote. We couldn't fit this into our schedules, and asked Rich to provide us with a quote via e-mail, based on a description and the square footage of the home, which he eventually did. I found communication to be a bit difficult with this company, but the end result was fantastic. The cleaners came and went while I was at work and the carpet looks like new.

He came when expected and finished the job in a timely manner.

I have never had a person from any other carpet cleaning service spend the time and the effort that Ben did on my carpeting. He was very concerned about doing an excellent job. He even offered to go back if there were any areas that I wasn't satisfied with, but there weren't! He was super!

It went great. Ben called on his way since he was running a few minutes late so that my husband could meet him at the condo we moved out of. He surveyed the place and the areas of concern (Mainly the entry stairwell which was steep and a high traffic area), and then performed the job. The carpets came out looking great and the major traffic areas and problem areas were no longer an issue. We found Ben easy to work with and he did a great job!

Ben arrived exactly on time and was extremely professional and polite. He got out spots that the last company we hired said was impossible. And he spent at least three times as long cleaning the carpets than other companies we have hired in the past. In addition, we have always been told we should have the carpeting cleaned every six months. He was honest and said we probably only needed to have it done every year. Also, he gave us a quote to clean our giant sectional sofa that is much more competitive than anyone else we have ever asked. We will be calling to schedule an appointment soon. Overall, we are extremely satisfied.

Ben was great to work with! He was on time, flexible with our schedule, and up front about which stains may or may not come out. He cleaned all the carpet in our new home except for one room which will need replacement. A great price for great services. I'll definitely be using Ben to care for all of my carpet in the future.

Super workmanship, thorough, and very personable. He also offered to come back if any spots needed more attention in the daylight. Quick response, and availability was reasonable.

I left a message initially and was called back to set up an appt. Ben arrived promptly on time and I showed him some specific problem stains. He quickly got to work and was very careful about general cleanliness as he worked. He left shoe covers so if we needed to walk on the area before it was dry, our shoes wouldn't leave behind dirt. Ben is very pleasant and when finished he said that if stains came back, he would, at no extra charge, come back and re-treat. The spots in fact did come back within a few weeks and he did come back and retreat and those stains have not returned. (stained area doesn't get much traffic so that's why we think it didn't return for a while, stain was type that wicked up and attracted foot traffic dirt)

Did a very good job and very reasonable. They were able to get their cleaning equipment into a difficult to reach location. They said that they were willing to come back to do any touch up and did so without charge.

Excellent experience. I've found my carpet cleaning service for life.
