He was reasonable and great. He was an honest person. He was nice. He did good work. He was reliable. He came when he said he would come. He was a good guy.

This was my second experience with David. Again great work. Whenever I need additional help ... he's still the guy I'll call.

Punctual and polite. Brought replacement boards. Needed to come back the next day to finish. Did a few extra fixes as needed. Professional. The boards look good.

Great! He responded to my call the same day and he and Dillon addressed the issue quickly and I was very comfortable with Mr Schulz’s knowledge and approach to the problem. And the price was very reasonable!

David was very communicative. He would text me when he was going to arrive that day or if he would be late. If I would email or text him, he responded in short order. He picked up the doors I ordered and delivered them to my house for half of what it would have cost if the store had done it. Got into a little more work than we anticipated due to some additional rot but he got it handled. The storm door install had a couple of small issues but he fixed that as soon as I brought it to his attention. Good guy! I would have him again.

Great! David and his son are very professional - I was impressed by his knowledge and organization prior to them even doing work. On the day scheduled they arrived on time and worked through the projects very efficiently. Count me a fan!

David did a great job. He had some good ideas on how to repair our fence gates. He and Dillon were prompt and stayed with project until completed. All of the work was done to our satisfaction. We would definitely hire again. Gary Nelson

I had an estimate for replacing the hinges (many of which were not allowing the cabinets to close) from when I was thinking of replacing countertops and backsplash in the kitchen. I decided not to go with that work, but still needed the hinge replacement. David Schulz replaced the hinges for around half the price quoted.

David returned my call same day and inquired about work. David and his son Dillon came out right away to start jobs next day. They did a fantastic job on all items , payed attention to detail, worked through all my challenges, and were polite, pleasant, responsive, and efficient. prices were fair and they explained options and solutions. David has a vast knowledge of home improvement and was very honest. I enjoyed working with them and will be using them again

No complaints. Mr Schulz was very helpful and he made several cost saving suggestions. THE BEST! He and his son, Dylan worked together flawlessly and cut the completion time in half.

David was very responsive and returned my call promptly. Lumber has been in short supply due to the coronavirus, but he checked around to find the proper sized lumber that was needed. He and son son did a great job. If there was any change in appointment times, he always checked with me.

I had accumulated a long list of minor repairs that required climbing ladders. Everything went well. We also consulted about a leaking gutter that will require replacing the fascia and a shutter that will be scheduled for warmer weather. Mr. Schulz and his assistant were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. The price was quite reasonable. I was happy with their work and will definitely call upon them again in the future.

Dave and his son Dylan did an awesome job doing some general repairs at our house. Dave and Dylan are extremely nice people, very down to earth and easy to talk to, and for me, that's a big deal. They were respectful of our house, I felt comfortable leaving the house to run errands, and they really didn't need to clean up a whole lot each day when they finished because they never made a big mess. What made me realize I had made the right choice with Dave was when I heard he and Dylan debating a quarter of an inch when installing the pantry doors. These doors didn't fit the opening but they were the closest we could get, so Dave and Dylan had to make some very time consuming modifications to make the doors work, and the conversation I referred to let me know how meticulous these guys are and that they wanted to do it right and not slop through it. The only thing they didn't do was try to correct some electrical issues we have and, instead, referred us to an electrician Dave knows. If Dave works with him, that's good enough for me. Finally, what Dave charged for the amount of work he and Dylan did was more than fair. They were here from Tuesday through Friday, and then they came back about a week and a half later to finish up. Bottom line - if you're looking for someone to do some general repairs and at a more than reasonable price, I recommend Dave and Dylan Schultz without reservation.

David and his son Dillon did a great job. Very responsive on setting up the time. Arrived right on the dot. They were very respective of my time. They completed all the work before I had to leave for an appointment. David figured out the best way to fashion the clothes drying rod. I am extremely happy with it. They both worked hard the entire time they were here. Clean up was spotless. I would hire them again. The price was very fair. Quality of work couldn't have been better.

Very well, David spent time listening to my concerns and custom built what was needed. He was able to start the job quickly, and charged a fraction of the closest estimate. We are VERY satisfied with the results, as are my two miniature dachshunds!

I am always happy with the contractors I get off Angie's List. David and Dillon are no exception. I need some work completed in a very short time frame. They made themselves available to help me out of a jam. They showed up on time even with the short notice. Then, as the project started, it became apparent that the existing ladder could not be fixed and would have to be replaced. This changed the project from a simple, and fast fix to a more time consuming/difficult project of replacing a 55 year old pull down ladder. They got it done. Ladder is great. The price was very reasonable for the work that was completed. I will use David and Dillon again.
