David came on the same day we called. Gave a quote and worked very hard for the three hours he was at our home. Everything went as planned.

It went well. While I had booked him for another project, I decided to hold off on that. He picked out brackets that matched my decor and look great in the kitchen with the shelf. He also put up a light fixture without any problems. All in all, it was a great experience. I do plan on having him back to do some other assembly work for furniture in my son's room, but I haven't gotten to that project yet.

We have used David in the past and were very impressed with his work. This time, he did not disappoint us. He responded very promptly to our request for service and quickly diagnosed the problem. His craftsmanship was flawless and we could not have been happier. He even pointed out some potential problems with our plumbing when he pulled out the sink to re-mount it to the wall. He was very courteous, prompt, and professional. Additionally, we found his fee to be very reasonable and a good value for what we received. We will definitely use him again.

He asked me to have the original installation manuals ready, looked them over, pulled the old microwave down, installed the new unit and was gone in an hour. I helped him a little, but it was his knowledge and experience that I can always count on when dealing with him. Whether it's a small or large job, he always comes through. I'm very happy with his work and reasonable prices.

Dave is a VERY nice guy. Easy to work with. Good at his tasks. Explains what he's going to do. Cleaned up after himself well.

It was very late in starting and charged twice as much as the job was worth. If you plan on using him I suggest you get a hard and fast estimate before starting any work with him.

They worked fast, but with care. Their price was reasonable, and the work high quality. David also graciously lent his expertise regarding overall condition and future projects for the house. I have NEVER had such a positive experience with a contractor, and I recommend him unequivocally!

The price was reasonable. He was very friendly. The problem was a bit of a pain, the faucet had a leaking problem originally, and it kept leaking on him in different places after he would fix it. He was fixing properly, but other leaks kept starting. He came back two or three times to make sure it was fixed. He had a lot of perseverance for a tricky old house.

Very satisfactory and efficiently done.

He was an easy person to have in the house. You can tell he really cares about his work.

Although we did not wind up hiring Mr. Schulz, I will definitely call him again for work around our new home. He was very helpful, friendly and personable. That goes a long way in my book!

David promptly returned my phone call, and he was able to come within a few days. He was very friendly and helpful. He arrived promptly at the appointed time. The metal flashing was about 5 feet long, and creased in several places. He was able to straighten the piece out by bending it against his ladder. He then nailed the piece back onto the side of the roof. He did such a good job that you cannot tell that it was previously damaged. My only negative comment is that he showed up wearing sweatpants and a flannel shirt.

David is great to work with. Very dependable and reasonable.

Two of my outlets were smelling when I used them. David determined that there were no major wiring issues and replaced the outlets. I had a ceiling fan that I wanted installed because the current one was wobbling. David was able to fix the old fan, eliminating the need to install the new one. David was prompt and the pricing was extremely reasonable. I would definitely use David again. By fixing the old fan, he eliminated the cost for installation and new fan.

He got out there quickly, did the work in a very professional manner, and I am very satisfied.

He did a marvelous job! I would recommend him to anyone. He was very reasonable. He researched all of the hardware because some of it was very old. I was floored how reasonable the bill was.

It has been over two weeks and I still no return call. I was not pleased. When I left message I made sure to speak clearly and repeated my name and number.

I contacted Dave around January 12th about doing some repair work on a duplex I own. Based on the fact that his estimate was substantially lower than a few others I had received and the fact that he had overall A ratings on Angie's List I chose to hire Dave. Although the quality of Daves work was adequate the problem for me was the fact that it took him almost two months to complete, according to his bill, 21.75 hours of work. In reality he really did not even get going on the project until I threatened to hire someone else. It seemed every time I would call for an update he would have an excuse for why he had not made it over to the property when he said he would. Dave is a nice guy, his work is adequate, and I thought his price was reasonable which is probably why I did not fire him. If time had been a more pressing issue though I would have been forced to fire Dave after the first two weeks because he was not very reliable. Because of this I will not be hiring him again.

I called him January 25th. He said he was busy, but I asked if he could just do one ceiling fan, and then I could wait for the rest of the work I needed done. He said he would contact me by the end of the next week. I didn't hear from him, so I finally called him around the 12th of February, and he said he could not get to me. He didn't ever call me back, and I had to go with someone else.
