Excellent from start to finish. They dropped it off the same afternoon of the day i called, which was nice. They placed it well, even though no one was home. Once we finished, they came right away and picked it up. No hassles, great service.

It was a wonderful experience. I called them and they dropped it off almost immediately. When I was finished with the product they came to pick it up. I was very happy with their service.

They got it to us the day they promised. It arrived right on time.

We are preparing a house for sale and needed to throw away the remainder of a construction project and trash left in the house. I called Thursday morning and they had a 15 yard dumpster in my driveway by 12:00 PM. Over the weekend we had vandals go through the trash (after carefully laying out everything so we'd get the best bang for our buck in the space provided). I called Tuesday morning and asked they pick it up around 2:00 PM so we can keep an eye on the dumpster and it would be in good condition when they arrived. They totally understood and had the truck at the house at 2:00 on the dot. I asked for a service and was thrilled with how Dave's performed. I know it's just getting a dumpster and tossing trash away, but its tough to get exactly what you ask for these days.

Everything went very well. They did an exceptional job. I was very impressed.

Hard to believe we are still moving ! Had to order another dumpster too This time I knew I needed half of what we ordered last time. I just cannot get over how friendly, courteous and customer service oriented they are. This company has it together, from the lady on the phone to the men who deliver and pick up dumpsters. He parked it right where I needed. Delivered it shortly after the call which is great because I could have used it yesterday.

We negotiated over the phone. They were able to help us decide what size we needed. They even gave us an extra weekend because we are Angie's List members. They were pleasant, efficient, and everything went well.

On the plus side, they were able to get the dumpster delivered the same day I called which exceeded my expectations. Because the driveway is at a pretty steep slope, I was concerned they would not be able to place it there but after checking on Google Earth to take a look at the site, they said it would be fine, and it was. They also placed it on boards I had put down to prevent any damage to the driveway and they picked it up when requested. On the negative side, the lady in the office was sarcastic and rude other than the first time we called. The first time I spoke with her she was very helpful but when I called to schedule the delivery she was very sarcastic when I requested a same day delivery. When we called on a Saturday morning to ask how to get the tailgate open for easier loading, she was downright rude. She kept trying to tell us how to open a different model dumpster other than the one we had. When I tried to explain that I was familiar with the dumpster she was talking about and that was not the kind we had, she was extremely short tempered and rude. She said, 'just throw stuff over the side'. While we knew that was an option, it involved a lot more work and was not always practical for some items which was why we wanted to open the back gate. We finally just said never mind and loaded it up the best we could. This was not a good customer service experience. This was too bad really since the company did a good job on everything except having someone on phone who did not create a good impression of the company. We use dumpsters several times a year but I probably won't try this company again since there are a lot of other choices.

When I called for initial information, person on the phone was very helpful in explaining what all was involved because of my special circumstances. I called later and arranged for the delivery. The dumpster was ontime, placed exactly where I wanted it and the delivery person explained how to load it and close it for pickup. Pickup was a few days later and was prompt. Driver was very courteous once again and covered it before hauling away. Very pleasant experience. I would never try anyone else! This place rocks! Highly recommend!

I ordered a 10 yd dumpster for $250 total and that ended up being filled beyond the rim. I was expecting to be charged extra or refused pickup due to the amount of materials exceeding the top of the dumpster, but they just hauled it away with no complaints. I then ordered another 20 yd dumpster for $350 and was able to remove the rest of my trash. Communication was fantastic, they placed the dumpster at the location I wanted and when I needed to keep the dumpster for a few more days, they extended my rental period for just $3 per day. I've already recommended their services to friends and will definitely use them again.

The overall story was indeed a great surprise considering I was shopping around for a dumpster last minute and already had a bad experience with another company. The ease of the intial phone call was quick , polite and very professional. They deliverd the dumpster when I asked and quickly picked it up when I was done. Great Service.. Thank You. I really appreciated all the help since this was the first time I had ordered a dumpster.

I rented a 30 yard dumpster (8 ton limit) for 7 days. They dropped it right next to my driveway and came back a week later. Very satisfied.

I had it for 14 days and they only charged for 7 because of an Angie's List discount. They were very prompt. They were very professional. I would use them again if needed.

Delivered on time and the people on the phone were very friendly. Had to exchange our full dumpster for an empty one. The price to exchange is less than the original rental price.

A little trouble getting the dumpster into a tight spot but the driver was persistent and got it into the desired location. No issues at all. Dumpster was as promised.

THE PERSON I TALKED TO ON THE PHONE WAS VERY NICE AND PROVIDED ME WITH THE REQUIRED INFORMATION. THEY PLACED THE DUMPSTER EXACTLY WHERE I ASKED THEM TO AND PROMPTLY PICKED IT UP AFTER ONE WEEK. THEY DID HONOR AN ANGIE'S LIST COUPON AS WELL. THE DUMPSTER WAS CLEAN AND IN GOOD SHAPE.

SERVICE WAS FRIENDLY AND DUMPSTER WAS DROPPED OFF ON TIME. THEY PLACED IT IN THE SPOT REQUESTED BEHIND THE HOUSE, AND PICKED IT UP WHEN SCHEDULED. WOULD USE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND. PRICE INCLUDED EXTRA SATURDAY DROP OFF CHARGE, BUT WAS INCLUDED IN THE QUOTE.

DUMPSTER WAS DELIVERED ON TIME AND PICKED UP IN A TIMELY MANNER. GREAT SERVICE AND A REASONABLE PRICE!
