Description of Work: last fall had lawn tractor in for seasonal maintenance. Had two issues right after. One they fixed fast and for free but the 2nd has languished due to my difficulty in getting it to the shop. Always had all "A" experiences at the Greenwood shop when it was open. Not so much Southport location. Last time I brought it home a cable broke same day. Not saying their fault, it was old but shouldn't that be part of checkout?...key cable conditions and lubrication?

Description of Work: Service on a large walk behind mower. When we dropped it off for service, they told us it would take approximately three weeks. True to their estimate, it was ready in three weeks. They called us before performing any work, with an estimate, and it was accurate. Miss this business closer to home. They moved last year, and the previous location was more convenient. We have been doing business with them for 20 plus years, and will continue to use their services, as needed.

Description of Work: I purchased a Toro lawnmower and bought the extended warranty with it. Dannemiller's at 7001 Madison Ave were the only authorized repair facility. The job took forever, the staff was rude, and the quality was shabby. I will never take any business here again.
