+ -1 moreBasically, I arranged to have D&T haul a furniture purchase I made. We agreed on a time but D&T never showed and would not answer either of the phone numbers that I had reached them at before. I first contacted Danny and Teresa on Friday, January 23th of 2015. I had recently purchased a pair of couches that I wanted delivered from Geist to Greenwood. I spoke with Teresa two or three times that evening and we discussed different time slots that were available. She indicated that the following day was busy for them, but that they could fit me in from either 8am - 9am or 2pm - 3pm on Saturday, January 24th 2015. I said that I could arrange a Sunday pickup if need be, but that I had made a commitment to the seller to pick the couches up on Saturday. I arrived at the pickup location at 7:55am and met with the seller. He and I waited until about 8:15am to call D&T. I first called Teresa's phone and got no answer. I then called Danny's phone, again to no avail. I never received a call back from either of the business owners.
Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment with D&T to pickup and deliver a pair of couches I recently purchased.
