I would recommend calling David before taking on any major renovation project, could not say enough good things about my experience with him and wish I would have called him first with other construction aspects of the house I am working on but the work I had him do was a tremendous experience. David was extremely responsive, punctual, and got all of his jobs done on time and within the estimate he gave me, which I thought was a rarity among contractors I have used in the past. In addition, I kept adding small jobs on to the initial estimate that he gladly took on and made time for me to do. His pricing is very competitive among the other contractors that I have used and got bids from and his quality of work is great. He pays very close attention to detail, is very thorough, and even has some great ideas that I did not think of in regards to the outside of my house which we completely redid. He also was able to solve some issues with your budget in mind. I cant say enough good things about my experience with DAKS from the very beginning to the very end. I would HIGHLY recommend using him for any major project where you need someone with a construction background.

They were here and gone in a day. You couldn't even tell they were here as far as the mess. They did a very neat and professional job.
