+ -1 moreIT TOOK SIX PHONE CALLS TO GET HIM SCHEDULED. EVERYTHING SEEMED TO GO WELL. HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK AND NEVER HAS! HE MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND DIDNT SHOW UP. I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES.

+ -1 moreCOULD HAVE CLEANED UP BETTER. THE VERBAL ESTIMATE WAS LOWER THAN THE FINAL BILL, NOT BY MUCH THOUGH. HE WAS OUT TO COMPLETE THE JOB VERY QUICKLY. IT TOOK THREE HOURS. I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN!
