+ -1 moreThe adjustments repairs were completed quickly and focused on fixing the problems. The cost was approximately twice my expectation given some of the repairs were needed because of errors in the original installation. The final cost is the only reason I am not likely to use this company again. Overall, the work they perform is quite good and the materials they use are of good quality.
Description of Work: Repaired minor damage to guttering they installed some time ago. Adjusted gutter slope to improve water drainage, removed and replaced short length of gutter helment to complete the above, replaced a small debris screen at a mitered gutter corner, and repaired a poorly sealed leaking gutter miter joint. All of this work was completed quickly and appears to have been done quite well.

+ -1 moreRoof/Siding/Gutter replacement went fine. Whenever I have called since with problems, etc., have gotten nothing but excuses and delays. Owner (Rich?) came out once, admitted that they used some faulty boards when replacing gutter boards (boards were warped and allow rain to come into walls behind gutter). Assured me they would be out to replace boards and fix gutters. Have never showed up, despite 15 phone calls over a 6 month period.
Description of Work: Complete replacement of roof, siding and gutters.

+ -1 moreMark was very nice and professional they came out as scheduled and provided estimate to remove and replace hail damaged roof. $25.28 per SQ of 25 year 3 tab shingles. Added steep and high charge. Did not use them due to price.
Description of Work: D& B gave estimate to remove and replace roof ($7,930.00).
