When we bought our house we enlisted the help of Fred Cunningham and had a wonderful first-time buyer experience. Naturally, when it was time to sell the house we reached out to Fred again. He, Paula and team were amazing. They were with us every step of the way. The photos they had taken were professional-grade and looked great. We got weekly reports of all the hits from the myriad of websites they had us listed on. Any little question we had was answered promptly and without irritation. Not only that, but they sold our house in 8 days at list price! This team is a real class-act and I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants their house sold fast and sold well.

Paula and Fred make a wonderful team. They both have expert knowledge of the housing market, builders, and locations that helped make our home buying experience an absolute breeze. They were always available immediately by email (even on vacation!) and I was never once worried throughout the? buying/negotiating process. It was our first time buying a home, and they never once made me feel awkward about the number of questions I was asking. The first house sold within a week and the second within a reasonable amount of time. I believe the 2nd would have sold faster had we acted on the staging advice before putting the house on the market as he advised rather than after the initial rush of viewings.
