Description of Work: I called CSA because my alarm system was not working properly. Mike diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and correctly and followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working.

Description of Work: Met w/ & discussed the aspects of what we wanted, they then recommended specific aspects to cover & installed at our convince. The services/options were clearly explained, w/ clear advise as to the appropriate services for what we were seeking. Installation was Ina very timely manner & completely at our convenience. Follow-up questions were quickly & immediately answered.

Description of Work: Have been with company for about 9 years. They are the epitome of professional. Knowledgeable. Don't try to over-sell. Attentive to concerns and needs. Latest experience: we had new doors installed, not a great experience, but the security system lost connection to new doors. CSA's Randy came out and patched the gap the same day, reset the monitor and we are good to go again.

Description of Work: They ran phone lines to a new office for me. They also added surrounded sound. They put a TV in my fitness room.
