 + -1 moreI contacted Critter Removal LLC because raccoons got in my attic again. I had this issue once before and the company I called out, used a sonar and said they got the raccoons out and cleaned up. However, after realizing they got back in, I decided to contact a different company, Critter Removal LLC. It turns out, sonars really don't do much to get rid of the racoons and the prior company didn't put anything up to keep them from getting back in. Critter Removal did. They emailed me before each visit to let me know what time the person would be there and he was always on time. I also get a warranty for a few months for the work. Dillon was who they sent and he was prompt, courteous and took time to explain things to me, even things I wasn't sure I needed to ask. Based just off that initial experience, I would hire them again.

 + 0 moreOur sales rep, Brian, was prompt and shared all info we needed to understand what needed to be done. Brian checked on us to see if things were better and had to send some repair workers back to do some more checking as we were hearing more animals in a different area. These men also were polite and informative.
Description of Work: Put exit doors in all the locations on the house. Now have removed them. As we have not heard the squirrels for two days. There now has been covers to close up the openings.

 + -1 moreSaw evidence of an animal digging a fairly large hole next to our foundation on a Friday evening. Called that night and left a message at 9:30 pm. The owner called the next morning and was out that day by 12:30 to set up cage traps for a groundhog. Very informative and let us know the next steps if the groundhog wasn't trapped in a couple of days. Fortunately, he came out to check on Monday and there was our groundhog in the trap. We were pleased with the service and price and would use again.

 + -1 moreI called somewhat frantic yesterday due to a critter trying to crawl under my deck to find its final resting place. I had had this happen 2 times last summer and it was awful smelling. I was trying to avoid this from happening again. I found Jeff on AL after trying numerous other companies via google that wouldn't help me. He said he could come over then. He arrived within about 30 mins. later and took care of the possum I had seen. I also found another one that had already made it way under my deck and died. He also helped me spot the hole where they were crawling in so I could put up a barrier to block anymore coming in. I will definitely call him in the future for any animal issues I have!

 + -1 moreI highly recommended Affordable Wildlife Removal. He came out on time and did a thorough investigation throughout the entire attic. Nothing was found but some mouse droppings. We thought we had a racoon or squirrel. He could have put traps down and charged us extra and we would not have known the difference. I appreciated his honesty. He also recommended some fixes that would help keep animals out. If needed we will use them again.

 + -1 moreJeff came out half an hour after our initial call, looked around our deck and yard, and told us what he needed to do and how much it would cost. He baited and set two traps, and the next morning our two resident raccoons were sitting in them. Jeff picked them up that morning. His grandson came out the next weekend and wrapped the bottom of our deck with wire mesh to keep critters from getting back under there. He did a great job -- everything was attached solidly and he dug down and buried the mesh 8 - 12 inches in the ground. And he put our lattice back on over the mesh so it looked good. Our only complaint was that when he dug to bury the mesh along the front of our deck, he laid the dirt on our gravel path and now we can't get the dirt out of the gravel. But that's a small complaint for a job generally well done. We would definitely call them again if we have a critter problem.
Description of Work: He trapped and removed two raccoons who were living under our deck, and then wrapped the bottom of the deck with wire mesh to keep critters out.

Description of Work: I have used Jeff 3 times now for squirrels getting into our attic. Jeff is always available to answer questions and very responsive. He is a great guy. The only drawback is he won't travel too far North outside 465 - so anyone up in Noblesville won't be able to use him. Give him a call - he knows his stuff.

 + -1 moreHe was great! He came right out. He laid a trap, came to check on them regularly, changed traps as we went, etc. He finally caught her and then went to get the babies. She had hid them so well in the corner, a human just couldn't get back in there. He used a stethoscope to listen in the ceiling to find the babies and remove them. He came out multiple times and called to check in to see how the progress was going. It took him a week, but that was because she didn't leave at all as she got ready to have the babies. He caught her the first time she left. I called around and he was the BEST priced company by far. I hope I never need to call him again, but if we had the problem again, he'd be who I called. I have already given his name out to people in my family with the same problem.
Description of Work: I had a mother raccoon nest in our unfinished attic and have 2 very loud babies. I could hear her scratching, and then I could hear them calling for her ALL night long!

 + -1 moreJeff did a fantastic job. The female raccoon was very difficult to catch, but he was very persistent. He returned to my house multiple times and set a variety of traps and cages until he was finally able to capture the animal. He suspected that the female had cubs in the attic, and he returned to remove those as well. The cubs were very difficult to access in the attic, and he worked very hard to capture each one. He also patched the hole in the roof where the animal entered the attic. It was very high on the roof line and I would not have been able to do this myself. I am very grateful for his hard work, his good attitude and his affordable rates. I would recommend him to anybody.

He checked for birds in the attic and discovered they were only perching next to the attic which is above my master bedroom. He even walked around and checked for additional entry points to the house. He said there was already a screen in the vent and insulation. He was very nice and only charged me for the service call.  + -1 moreAll squirrels causing the issue were trapped and removed from the property within a week. He always answered the phone when we called and came to pick up the trapped squirrels when he said he would. He also gave us some info about woodpeckers that we have (wildlife loves our house).
